Went in to see about possible warped rotor/squeaky brake that I had replaced not too long ago at a different shop (maybe about 6 months ago). Also had a tire light on & noticed I had a nail in the rear driver side tire. I came here anticipating having to replace the front pads & rotors again to fix the noise issue and get a tire plug. They took a look and told me my front rotors and pads were still pretty much brand new, they just needed to be cleaned lubricated and reset (said the source of the noise was the brakes were dry and pad had been set at an angle instead of flush with the rotor). The mechanic I spoke to said he didn't want me spending $400 replacing rotors and pads if I didn't need to, very honest was not trying to get money out of me. He also noticed the rear tires were the original tires (my car is a 2018, year of this review is 2024) and due to their age, the nail I ran over had started to split the tire. He went ahead and replaced my two old tires, rotated them all for only $250 out the door. Dropped the car off at 8:30am, it was all done by 10:30am same day, I spent less than I originally anticipated, I left with the squeaky catching brake issue fixed w/ no more noise, and 2 new tires. Definitely recommend going here, and if you do, drop your car off first thing in the morning when they open and they will take care of you. Amazing, thank you guys.

Messaged with John over the weekend via Yelp about getting a new TPMS sensor installed in one of my wheels. He said, "Come in any day this week, before 4pm". I got there Monday morning around 10 am and was out by 10:30 am with a new sensor installed. I got multiple quotes through Yelp and these guys are very fair and competitive. The good reviews made it an easy choice. The guys are all nice. I'll be going back for sure when I have work for them.

I found American Tire Centers because they were one of the few shops I contacted that could easily obtain the hard to find Michelin models needed for the Tesla 3. I’ve been going to Firestone for my tires (even to buy non Firestone brands) for decades and have always been wary of smaller tire shops. But between seeing their excellent Yelp reviews and personally speaking with Vick on the phone, I felt like they were the right shop for the Tesla tires. Vick is so patient and knowledgeable and has always taken the time to answer all my questions every time I’ve phoned the shop or come in person. The shop has a comfortable waiting room and the service is done in a very timely manner. One thing that super impressed me when I was checking out to pay for the tires is that the person ringing me up told me to take a photo of the bill and gave me a rebate form for the tires without having to ask for it. I was also told to bring back the car in 5000 miles for a free balancing. After getting great customer service on that job, I decided I would forgo Firestone and bring in my Audi wagon when I needed tires. This winter, I drove in so Vick could take a look at my tires and let me know if they were safe to still drive on or should I buy new tires. To my amazement, Vick said I still had wear left and to come back in Summer. Any shop that isn’t doing high pressure sales and working on keeping customers thru excellent service is a rare thing these days. It’s about customer longevity and not just getting a quick sale. When I was ready for new tires, I called Vick, he ordered Continental Extreme Contact for me and they were available the next morning. I drove in the next day and it only took about 45 minutes to get them installed and out the door. When I ordered the tires I asked if there were any rebates and was told no but when I checked out Vick said he thought there actually was a current rebate on Continental tires and said to check their website. Indeed there was and I was happy to discover I’m getting $110 back. Thanks again American Tire Centers. I’m so glad I could find a trustworthy tire shop.

FYI, this is not a franchise location of America’s Tires. I thought it was as I get tire maintenance with them, but even though they weren’t, everyone there was super nice and helpful. They checked and filled my tires for me for free. Thanks so much! Highly recommend.

This shop is so amazing and so is the manager! Something cut the inside of my tire on the 101 and my tire pressure tanked. When manager arrived they let me wait inside the gates until they opened. They helped me get back on the road for work asap! Thank you!!!

I had a phenomenal experience!
I found out my car had a flat tire and I parked my car and headed into the office. Ohan was the gentleman who helped and he was by far the sweetest! He investigated my car and told me how to fix it. There was a flat but also my front tire had a nail in it. He replaced them both for $230. It took 50 minutes and he even let me see the condition of my old tire which was bald. I'm happy he helped and I'll for sure come back to get my tires rotated because it's FREE!

I had a flat tire on the driver's side and needed to buy a new one for my Audi. The mechanic saw that the right one was bad too and I noticed it was stripping, he gave me a good deal on both tires and recommendations when my back ones were due. Fast service and prices was good, even better than the quote I got from tire shops in the valley. He managed to get both done in less than 15 minutes. Thank you.

If you're looking for an honest shop, you've found it. These guys will literally turn you away if you don't need work done. They have talked me out or service a few times and have told me not to waste money and to come back in 6 months to a year. They don't upsell and have competitive pricing. Talk to Vic or John and they will take care of you . Shop's like these are hard to find, you won't be disappointed.

Had a great experience. Came in with a nail in my tire. Including waiting time it took about 20 minutes to patch it. Price was cheaper than I had expected and all around it was a smooth and easy experience!

I went here for the first time recently, and I will definitely be a return customer! The customer service is amazing and they were thorough and fair. When I told a friend about my positive experience, they told me that they have been a customer for a few years and were also very happy with the service they receive.
