Met with Lily today for a policy review and was completely blown away with the information provided to me. Although i am a current policy holder, i was not as informed as i thought i was and she made the review very simple and was very nice about it. It was a pleasure speaking with her.

Amanda Coresoli was super! She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of a graceful exit.Legacy planning, wills, life insurance, power of attorney are explained. Amanda also went over a helpful guide for heirs to have all they need to go to banks, insurance, tax authority, etc.My entire session was conducted over zoom. With such a delicate subject, Amanda made it easy to discuss.American income life insurance company ensures your last wishes are honored.

Tina Lopez is so helpful! She went above and beyond. She called to go over a family member’s benefits and when I told her that we also had the same company for life insurance she tried to compare our policies to see if I could get something more from my family member at no cost. She was awesome looking up our policy and answering all the long list of questions we had because we couldn’t remember what we had bought. She was extremely kind and respectful throughout our two 2 different calls. Thanks so much!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Lily Sakai today along with my husband on our insurance policies with AIL (which we've had since 1993). A letter received prompted a long-overdue review and Lily was very knowledgeable about our current policies and very helpful with options for upgrading. We utilized Zoom for an online meeting (which I am always open to) and she used the whiteboard to help present our current situation and options to consider. I would give the meeting 10/10 for excellence and we are happy with our final choices for our ongoing insurance needs. Thank you Lily for your excellent help today!

We have the same name but Diana Suarez is an amazing patient person. She spoke clearly answered my questions without hesitation. I had felt she genuinely understood my concerns and kindly helped me. I’ve been with AIL for a little while now it’s been a really great company for me. It already has met my needs whenever something had happened.

Just had a zoom meeting with Jonathan Gonzalez. He was proficient and thorough. He answered all my questions adequately. Jonathan made the zoom process easy and it was convenient to go over insurance virtually especially having a readable PowerPoint to follow along. Definitely recommend Jonathan!!

Lily and I had our second meeting today. This meeting was to add to the insurance we currently have with AIL. She made the explanation process clear and understandable. The application process was almost painless. I enjoyed the meetings and certainly her way of explaining the answers to my questions.

Sophia Campbell is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. She is clear and precise, she explains things very efficiently. We never felt pressured or confused about adding more to our policy. She had the best smile, and you could tell she loves her job! Doing the online zoom meeting was very convenient and I prefer that over coming to my home in person. I felt the agent, Melissa Wilson, was very patient, informative, and knew what she was saying and doing. She did not rush us through, and explained she was still learning when her supervisor hopped on the call. Although, she was doing an excellent job on her own. I really enjoyed talking with Melissa, and know she will go far within your company.

I had a zoom meeting with Lily Sakai today and she made it so easy and quick! She was very informative and friendly. As a mom of two it can be a lot to have to bring my kiddos to an office, or my home to messy for company, so it was so convenient to just hop on my phone and have a virtual meeting.
