Ordered my Jeep wheel cover (Michigan block “M”) the size chart was spot on, it fits perfectly. The timeframe from ordering and receiving was not long at all. The overall quality of this product exceeded my expectations, it’s NOT cheap material. Very impressed American Gaming Supply- I will be a return customer.

First batch of chips was excellent. Second batch of same order was horrible. Color was way off, thickness and weight off and they stand out. If you order - only order one time, don’t try to buy “additional” chips. They stated different manufacturers produce the same ship and they are not the same quality. Chip racks also hold 21 chips not 20 so the sizing is off.

Decided to make a poker table myself and had to acquire the supplies from American Gaming supply company and Stephan was more than helpful on assisting me. They also had everything and then some that you’ll need when you make your own poker table. Thanks again.

I bought a neon clock for a Christmas gift. It did arrive early but I was disappointed that not only did it have the company name on it, but it has what the item was AND it was highlighted. Short of it, my Christmas gift was ruined when my husband got it off the porch ?

It was a great experience working with American Gaming Supply. I just told them what I wanted and they made me an amazing custom felt. It came out even better than I imagined. They also did a great job installing it. And you can text Rapheal anytime and he will help you. From now on I will come to them with all my poker needs I am very happy with them

Super nice younger guy. I bought a bunch of racks that didn't match the rest of my other racks and he happily took them back in exchange for some other things I needed for my home game. Gave me a bunch of sample chips too.

I bought material for my playing table and it was horrible, you can’t even touch it with out it leaving a mark. Very disappointed in myself for trusting to buy something from your store.

Run as far and as fast as you can. This business lied to me about shipping. When contacted an extremely rude male kid answered and began to tell me the post office just hasn't scanned a package yet. Clearly a lie. 3 days after the order was placed, a label was CREATED not yet mailed. Another word, they have waited 2 days to even ship the item. I began to explain I need this for a customer. His reply was careless and when I told him I can't wait I need a refund, he accused me of yelling and hung up the phone, which they hardly ever answered. As you can see by their ratings, customers concerns are something this company cares nothing about. In today's times in America, this business, in my opinion is a fine example of American Values going down the rubes. It's ironic they name themselves American Gaming. I will never order from this business again, I suggest you do your due diligence before giving them your hard earned American dollars. I hate like heck leaving an awful review, but based on my experience and in my opinion NY agenda here is to save someone from the treatment I received.

I ordered a lousy 8 dollar item. Could probably shipped it with a stamp. Shipping exceeded the item I purchased. About 4 days after ordering a shipping label was created. I waited another couple of days and the item still had not been given to the post office for delivery. I called, the kid try to tell me the PO just had not scanned the item. I informed him the label was created about 4 days ago and the PO has not received item. He began speaking to me arrogantly and when I asked to cancel my order he claimed I was screaming at him, as if other people were around him and then he hung up on me.. I would never order from these people again. Still no product.

Our experience with American Gaming Supply has been most positive! We ordered ten conference room chairs one of which arrived minorly damaged and they took care of the part replacement in a most efficient and responsive manner, which I was surprisingly impressed and grateful. The quality of the product that we received was excellent and the price very competitive. I will most definitely be returning for future purchases!

Give these guys the Platinum Customer Service Award!!!!I recently purchased 8 Deluxe Poker Chairs and I am pleased with their quality. I've been searching for a reasonably price chair that has the look and feel of a higher end chair for close to 10 years. You don't have to break the bank with these chairs. They are a nice compliment to my game room.When I unboxed the chairs two of them had damage. So, I followed the instructions -- sending photos of each of the damaged chairs - and sent the email to AGS Customer Service.It took about 4 hours to get a response. They approved full replacements and shipped them out THE SAME DAY!Best customer service I have received in years from any company.Thank you Steven S. & Rafael I. - Great Job!!!

This is a different kind of review. I'm an executive with a top 35 US logistics firm. I am not used to being hung up on. I want to give context I am not a customer, this was a business call or "cold call" to see if the company could use my services.The person who answered WAS polite- However I had not finished my first sentence before he said " We own our own company. Thanks, Sorry Click."My humble suggestion-MAYBE- Next time or each time you receive a call, you can find the patience to hear what the person on the line is actually asking/saying before dismissing them without regard to who they might be or what they may be offering. It is called common curtesy for a reason.Best Regards,

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!! Customer service is a joke!!! No one answers the phone. The return policy is manipulated to always charge you a restocking fee. I ordered over 2600.00 worth of chairs and when they arrived the quality was terrible. I explained this and wanted to be able to return them for other chairs but they said there would be a 20 percent restocking fee. This place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
