If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This was hands down the most time-consuming and frustrating experience I’ve ever dealt with. I only share this to say please don’t waste your time with people like this . The shop canceled every appointment we set for two weeks straight. Then, on Memorial Day, they finally told me to come in. I was told they would at least inspect and fix my window since I had already bought the part, and I was more than willing to pay for the service.
However, when I arrived, they completely refused to even look at my car. All the conditions of my car had been clearly communicated and agreed upon beforehand, yet they turned me away the moment they saw me in person. It felt like they refused to work on my car because of my ethnic background, rather than because of any issue with the vehicle itself.

Very quick response and very friendly staff. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. My car was fixed really quickly and it honestly looked like nothing ever happened which was amazing, looked brand new! Definitely recommending them to everyone I know.

I couldn't possibly recommend a small business in Los Angeles more than heading over to Rooben over at American Eagle if you've had the unfortunate experience of your car getting banged up. They are affordable, fast, and will crush it on the quality of work. Wait a minute... maybe that was a bad choice of words. They'll smash it. Dang it. You know what I mean. Their work is top notch. If a fully, brand new parts repair is out of your budget Rooben will do things like source a used bumper to try and get things closer to your ball park. Truly the sweetest man who cares about people and providing satisfying results. When I said I couldn't possibly recommend a business more I wasn't talking just about auto body repair. This business is as solid as they come for any service. I've referred anyone in know who has had a fender bender or embarrassingly backed into a pole. Whatever. Everyone I've pointed in the direction of Rooben has come away not just pleased but stoked. Please heed this review if you're second guessing which shop to go to on the block (there are a bunch right there on fountain). Rooben is the best one. I stand behind that with a literal pledge of allegiance. I've used American Eagle for every dent and bump for years several times and always have left happy That being said, I should probably work on driving more carefully.

Wonderful service at an incredible price. Rooben got the job done on TWO damaged cars faster, more affordably, and with way less hassle than any other auto shop I've ever been to. They were extremely considerate and made me feel way less stressed about getting repairs. And I cannot overstate that the price was really great -- the lowest of the FOUR other places we got evaluated by first. A legit gem of a place, and one that made a miserable situation 110% easier to deal with.

Legendary management and service. I was dealing with the insurance agency from hell (Kemper) who were lowballing me on a payout- quoting $88 for parts and labor to replace a side mirror and insisting on aftermarket parts (prone to breaking, dangerous glare, etc.) I got quotes from 5 shops and all were between $350-$500. Reuben quickly handled all the repairs, got OEM parts, and got them to pay a fair price. His communication and energy was great in a frustrating situation. 5+ starts for Reuben and his crew, 0 for Kemper.

Friendly, honest, and fast. Visited American Eagle Auto Body & Paint to repair a small dent in our front fender--required more work than simply heating the material and I was both pleased with the customer service and finished product. Thank you very much!
