  i just called Altamed right now to get information as i’m trying to switch. The phone operator connected my call (her name was Keyla) i was on the phone for like 4 minutes waiting for her to answer me. Meanwhile she’s having a full on conversation with a coworker. She didn’t even mute herself or anything.

  My mother went today, when she got there they told her she didn’t have an order for what she went in for. Then they told her she did, only for her to wait HOURS, they forgot about her and told her she didn’t have an order. The girls at front desk completely ignored her, made her feel like she didn’t know what she was talking about and made her cry. Only for one of them to look into it again and say she did in fact have an order. Not only did they make a patient cry, but possibly made a HIPPA violation with a mix up? Horrible.

  BE CAREFUL. 3 clown girls in the front are a danger to the community. They’re mixing up patients portals & would rather get AGGRESSIVE with patients (who are already dealing with a lot) & gaslight them, than to own up to their own huge mistake. These things can get a patient killed for incorrect diagnosis/tests/medicine, but they’d rather mix their feelings into their job. They act like it’s McDonald’s, where lack of consideration for what someone can be going through can be brushed off. These mistakes are dangerous & even more concerning when they have no concern for it.

  This place is a joke I had requested not to get seen by this DR. Amalu ever again because she did not treat me well and today I had my appt, and they put me with her again. Altamed does not care how patients feel it’s sad because now I have to go somewhere else and move my kids because I don’t feel like they respect what you want.

  I had wanted to change my doctor's and location due feeling like I was receiving bad service up to this point . And when I made a review on here on the overall service/situations leading up to my review, it seems to have been taken down. Only time it has seemed that any of the doctors have taken me seriously is when I've had to bring someone along with me. I'm honestly at that point where I feel like I can't come and trust I won't have any issues getting to the bottom of my health concerns. It's even gotten to the point where I'm hesitant about coming here for my mental health and seeing a therapist through them and to the point where I feel like I have to skip my appointments (and actually do) because of feeling like there'll be an issue especially with my previous review..

  Doctors and everybody are always on a rush when they see you and have you wait a long time in the room they don’t really put attention on your needs and theres a-lot of mis communication between them

  This clinic is the worse my Dad went to the Drs today bad idea letting him go alone the Dr that saw he told him i could only focus on one thing so if you go with pain or other thing they could only focus on one thing because they dnt have time wth is wrong with them worse clinic ever

  This place LOVES to waste peoples time. They have you going back and forth for nothing. The nurse at the front desk is super rude and inconsiderate. I don't understand why people like that get into the medical field if they aren't kind. I sat there for a while and witnessed her being rude to elderly patients. No good morning or hello just yells at them like get out of this field if you aren't here to help others especially the older generation.. ugh!!!!

  I have been going to Altamed for about 4 or 5 years but since covid the people who answer the phones for appts don't know what the hell they are doing I am going to just find me a new doctor I don't have the patience then they have you on hold for hours I wouldn't refer nobody here it is going down the company itself my doctor is excellent though I hope I can find another good doctor like herself

  Worse urgent care experience in my life!!They treated us like dogs !!!They couldn't even bother to call and say they made a mistake with my covid results !! very critical when i need them to return back to work!The NP that saw me didnt even bother to check my urine or blood after i told him all my symptoms!!I had to go see my OBGYN so she can tell me i had a kidney infection just ridiculous i will never recommend this organization to anyone they are the worst !! A courtesy call wouldve been nice just fuckin ridiculous!!! Very angry!!!

  Employer based plan (Healthnet + Altmed Commerce). Nothing but the worst experiences with service, providers and management when we actually needed to use the insurance for once. For your life, run away from from them as far as you can. Never encountered good service.

  So far I have had my senior mother enrolled since Nov of 2021 and it has been many excuses why they can't provide certain senoir services.BEWARE do not enroll into this healthplancan't wait till open enrollment so I can get her out of the plan.

  Dr. Del Bello fue mi doctor durante 2 años una lástima que cambio de clínica, todo las enfermeras, doctores, asistentes, trabajadores sociales, y secretarias an sido muy amigables y profesionales estoy muy contento con el servicio que me an dado.

  Very bad experience at this clinic today! I came in to get a callus on my foot checked and I left here traumatized. They said that my foot and my toes could be cut off. I will not be coming back here ever again.
