i just called Altamed right now to get information as i’m trying to switch. The phone operator connected my call (her name was Keyla) i was on the phone for like 4 minutes waiting for her to answer me. Meanwhile she’s having a full on conversation with a coworker. She didn’t even mute herself or anything.

This place is a joke I had requested not to get seen by this DR. Amalu ever again because she did not treat me well and today I had my appt, and they put me with her again. Altamed does not care how patients feel it’s sad because now I have to go somewhere else and move my kids because I don’t feel like they respect... read full comment

Doctors and everybody are always on a rush when they see you and have you wait a long time in the room they don’t really put attention on your needs and theres a-lot of mis communication between them
