Love my Alo! Hate when people hate on Alo because my Alo has been with me for almost three years and they look sooo good still. I have like 5 pairs of the same legging (airlift). Also last time I went the girl was so sweet and exchanged my damaged pair of Alo leggings no questions, because I had just bought them! Honestly I don't think it was an Alo quality issue but maybe a costumer purposely messing with the clothes? Anyways LOVE IT HEREEEE and Beverly Hills one too!

Are used to shop at this specific location once a week and the previous staff that work there are always so kind and helpful. The current staff here is rude and nasty. They have the worst attitudes and don’t like helping out the customers one of the employees had the audacity to yell at me when I asked her question as if I was offending her by speaking to her

Best costumer service! Vince went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. He called several other store locations and was able to get the pants I wanted shipped directly to me from Another store. truly appreciate his kindness and assistance. I wear Alo all day every day - my absolute favorite brand.

Walked into the store and was greeted by a young girl. Went back to the girl to ask her if they had a specific sports bra in stock and she proceeded to tell me “I don’t know, you would have to go to the register to ask” and proceeded to turn around and blankly stare out the double doors. Completely disregarded it and continued to look around, until I seen that same young girl talking on her mic assisting a customer finding an item. Felt very discriminated against, luckily a girl on the second floor came up to me and asked if I needed help and assisted me in finding the sports bra I needed. Something the first girl could have done, but clearly was discriminating.

Cute space inside but Honestly would rather stick to shopping online. The staff don't seem to enjoy working there. They all seem sad/ unhappy. I wanted to strike up a conversation with them to see what was going on with them lol but they seemed too distracted in their own thoughts. I always spend lots of money here but from now on I will shop online. The vibe in there ruined the shopping experience for me. Maybe they need new management.

Normally, one would not catch me walking into an Alo store. I don't do yoga, nor am I into the line (or lululemon, or any company that has that kind of cult following) so I have to step up, swallow my pride and eat my words here when it comes to this review. I actually came in since the three other people I was with were determined to shop here so I kind of had no choice. Was greeted immediately by a younger girl up front which was surprising since most places like this don't care for my type (non-workout/leggings). Two of our party were male, so upstairs we went, where there was still a small selection of womenswear. There was some decent seating as we waited for them to try on multiple outfits, and I actually took a look around. There was a pair of shorts that caught my eye, and I was curious to see what their sizing was. Seeing they start some of their stuff at XXS, I dreaded the fact that I was most likely in between sizing when it came to this brand. However I have to say the girl who was working upstairs was nice, and willing to find sizes for me in the shorts that I was checking out. One of our parties ended up buying about five items, and the rest of us were just making our way out front when one girl said she found an XS in the shorts I had my eye on. I appreciated the fact that she took the time to look, but I was on my way out so I didn't get a chance to try them on. I was impressed by the decent customer service here, when I had expected the opposite. I admit I am a little more open to trying those shorts in the near future due to the good experience I had at their store at The Grove.

I'm not sure what took me so long to buy anything at Alo yoga, but I'm so happy I discovered them! What I like about the clothes is they are luxury athleisure: so cute, so functional. And did I say so cute! I have a crush on this brand. And the store at the Grove is amazing. The sales people are very nice and when you have to exchange stuff for smaller sizes they are so helpful.The only thing I don't like is they never answer their phone when you call to ask a question. But I don't mind, it just means I get to shop in person. I think I have an addiction. I've bought 12 items so are and the beauty line too.I prefer their clothes over Lululemon because they're more luxury and fashion forward without looking like you're trying too hard. The clothes are pricey, but when they have sales it's so worth it to spend spend spend!

Worst customer service. I called in advance to find out if they had an item in stock. He said yes but I don't think he even checks bc he didn't hesitate. I went within 20 minutes and they didn't have it. I bought something and the cashier asked "did you find everything ok?" I said "no"and she didn't say a word. Also nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone when calling customer service.

Today I stopped by the alo store for their 30% off sale. Carlos and Eden were so helpful! Seriously the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a clothing store. Eden helped me with choosing the right jacket but they didn’t have it in my size so we were able to purchase it online. They set up a fitting room for me and Carlos made sure all the clothes I wanted to try on was there waiting for me. Honestly it was just such a pleasant experience. Thanks guys!

The customer service is comical. The girl working upstairs in the men’s section never acknowledged us but followed 10 steps behind us the entire time fixing everything we touched. We didn’t mess anything up or remove anything from the hangers. It was so uncomfortable and weird.
