The sales people are not helpful and stuck up. Their return policy is very tight and especially for Christmas -- basically three weeks. I like their styles but will never shop there again and suggest no one else does either. I was at the Pacific Palisades store.

worst quality underwear ever! $30 for a pair of distressed nylon, customer service is a laugh, they didn't address any of my concerns. they didn't even reply to my email. all of the reviews online are so misleading. DO NOT BUY!!!

Do not buy from Alo. The quality and sizes of products vary. When an issue raised wit customer services they are slow to respond and at all cost avoid resolving the issue even when it is Alo’s responsibility to resolve. Bought $600 worth of clothing and they sizes were not according to the website measurements. Alo want me to pay to return the items. A park of leggings were worn with marks over it. Unacceptable for the price you pay.

I like their clothes a lot, beautiful sportswear, uniquely designed. Ordered many times and never had an issue - free shipment to Ireland by dhl in about 3 days. This one time they double shipped my order by mistake, I asked the customer service how I'd go about returning the extra order (I wasn't double charged) and they said it was okay to just keep it! About 300eur of merch just like that! all in all, can't complain about anything :)

Quality varies and true size even for the same items but different color also varies. Quality is really not comparable to Lulu - almost same price level with Lulu but Lulu's quality is much much better. Over priced with low ended yoga products. Also no international free return services. It's painful to courier back to them for a refund.

ALO does not take ownership when something goes wrong with the shipment. I would expect them to handle their carrier's error and not pass the cost/inconvenience etc to the customer when they can't seem to manage their carrier.All they can say is " unfortunately once the package is in the carrier's possession we must communicate via request on the customer's behalf in order to seek accommodation."VIA THE REQUEST ON THE CUSTOMER'S BEHALF ? does that mean that its not my problem anymore once they get it out their door as long as they had your money ? Seems to suggest so.No foreseeable future in dragging longer, I had to pay for shipping back to them for refund on a shipment due to carrier's fault.it will always be a 5 star until this sort of issues happen to you. Note that I have spend thousands buying their stuff and this will be the LAST !

This company is complete trash! Stay far away they will damage ur car & personal property then not pay in the end & fight u on it. I had to sue them to get them to pay then they still harass me & try to do anything possible so I won't keep the money that was awarded to me! Shady company

Everywhere on their website it is saying: free return.. when receiving the package and want to send some items back you get to know that international returns are on your costs. Not even that the service is not available to the time they give on their website. The products are very very low in quality and sooo high in prices. Do not believe the media and models who wear these products. The items are exactly like “shein” products. Poor quality

I really love the Accolade sweats and leggings but the Soho pull over tops are terrible.In the description it says pilling and is expected but after only 1 wash they look like something it's time to throw out. :($78 and I bought 3. They are so cheaply made and looks like trash.I sent customer service pictures but they would not help me since it says pilling in the description. I just had no idea it would be so severe after only 1 wash!I have never had problens like this with Lululemon or Athleta.I wish I had scrolled towards the middle and end of the REVIEWS where there are a ton of the 1 star "Fail" reviews that were obviously pushed towards the back since its all 5 stars first few pages. ?

Ordered a pair of shoes from this company back in January, and was told that the shipment was "under investigation" because apparently UPS never scanned the package. Very, very long story short- there was no communication, no resolution and definitely zero customer service from this company. This was my first and absolute last purchase from them- hands down the worst service I've ever experienced. Go to Lululemon if you want quality and service. Skip the headache.

Will not refund or cancel an ORDER! Horrible Customer Service! My package never shipped after paying for 2-3 day shipping and I waited 1 week before contacting the company to where the package is. The company stated they need to open an investigation with FedEx that will take 7-10 days, as to why the package never shipped. However, the tracking was never scanned and it did not even leave their warehouse. They will not reship the order until the investigation is over and they will not cancel or refund my $300 order.

I think it's important I voice how terrible my experience was buying from Alo the second time. My first order was $150 of merchandise. The second-order was over $200, and has been missing since Monday, 6/1 although I've received three Alo emails saying "Your Alo has Arrived!" The package went out for delivery May 23, and I have no idea where it is.Alo claims to offer "luxury" yoga wear, but your customer service is anything but. I had to ask for updates from "my support specialist" all day who previously reassured me that she would be updating me throughout the FedEx claim that was filed for on Monday. I asked for an update yesterday and she didn't respond. I sent another message this morning and received no response. I called this afternoon and left a message to be called back. Only then did I hear back from my customer service rep. I explained that I wanted a refund on the order since we are moving THIS Friday, June 5th, from our current residence. I was told that I needed to wait an additional 3-5 business days in order to be refunded. I placed my order May 23, because Alo advertises "FAST SHIPPING TO FLORIDA" on the right-hand side of the site. It's already late..why wouldn't you send a replacement shipment, or at the very least refund me for my lost package? I filed a dispute with my CC company against Alo. They also advertise misleading information on their website and false avdertise "FAST SHIPPING TO FLORIDA." 14+ days...

The customer service team is incredible. I chatted with Zoe on the app and she immediately solved the problem. Alo's team is as great as their leggings. Thank you Zoe!
