This place is the worst. There's this lady name Kaylee and another woman who can't speak English has the worst attitudes ever. Do not seek for help from these idiots.First of all, you live in AMERICA how the hell do you not speak ANY ENGLISH?!?!?! And what the hell is $40 service fee?!?! They rip you off!!!!!!

PSA: head over to the Verizon store on Wilshire/ Irolo if you'd prefer to be treated like a living human being.I can't even review the actual service because of how disorganized everything is and how poorly the old manager lady with glasses runs the place. I walked in and it was busy, all the employees were taking care of customers. But I know they saw me, a new customer, walk in. I waited 30 mins and no one said a single word to me. Then elderly korean customers walk in and the manager tells them to sign into the waiting sheet. I go up and let the old manager know that I waited 30 mins and didn't know there was a sign-in (which by the way isn't even in the entrance, it's like in the back corner) since no one told me to, and she doesn't even bother to look at me and goes "we go by the sign in sheet order". I'll take my money elsewhere where they'll treat me like a paying customer, and not as if they're the ones doing me a favor. It'd be more accurate if they changed their name to "Zero Stars."

The Male Worker with glasses were answering for this old korean lady for something and he was disrespectful and rude. Hope he is not the owner or the manager of this store. This store is not directly associated with Verizon. They have their unnecessary rules as well. If you do speak English, just go online or go to different direct verizon stores.

This verizon shop was the worst one that i've been to. They don't explain it precisely, are not kind, and they were rude to me. Something happened to me, and they said it was happened because your english are not fluent. Are you kidding me? What are you, just standing in store? You guys should've explained it or give me other solution, Not saying like that to customer. The underlying cause was they did not explain the better solution, and they were trying to make their profits. You Guys are here to help customers. How rude.
