I have been working with All Makes for years. I am the Director of a Fine Art print studio in LA. We own two P20000 epson printers that run all day and 2 xl pro scanners. We have regular service 3-4 a year to maintain this special equipment.All Makes Staff is amazing, Quinn is a genius, honest, and legit specialists. They all care and they understand the business. Honestly this quality of service and intelligence is almost impossible to find anywhere these days. I have looked! I am grateful to have their expertise and services. This entire operation is really top notch. The phone etiquette when I call in is always helpful. Quinn, the technician dispatched is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He has successfully fixed multiple units that we have dating from fossils to semi-fossil machines (see pic). If All Makes can't fix you up, then it may be time for a new device. I've found them to be extremely trustworthy.

Yesterday my business operation was moving along in overdrive while fulfilling, shipping, and drop-shipping to various customers. I have a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477FNW printer. I loaded some address Avery sheet-labels into my company printer. I printed and one square label peeled off the sheet while moving through the interior / fuser area. A label became stuck somewhere deep inside the printer and I could not repair the problem. I immediately started searching for a printer repair shop in close proximity to my business area. I discovered All Makes Office Machine Co. I called and spoke with Quinn. After explaining to Quinn my issue, he asked me some troubleshooting questions. Quinn a true professional gave me some honest feedback. He asked me could I drop off the printer and I said yes. In under 24 hours Quinn located the errant label and called me. Quinn, offered me several honest resolutions. I have to say Quinn provided me with above and beyond customer service. With all honesty. I have not experienced a top notch business in about 20 years. And it's staff who really focuses on the customer and their needs. From the All Makes Office staff gentleman who met me at the door once I arrived to Quinn who was simply outstanding! My experience with this classy organization and it's staff left a lasting impression in my mind. Thanks to Quinn and his team my printer is fully repaired and operating like new. My business operation didn't skip a beat thanks to All Makes Office Machine Co. and Quinn. Cheers, and thanks for the excellent service!

MyEpson xp340 locked up with a message that the print pad was bad. The technition gave me an estimate of the cost for parts and looked up on the internet what the cost of a new one would be so I could decide what to doi.He told me that if I brought it to him, he would look at it while I waited to see if there was any hope to fix it.Ten minutes after he took the printer, he brought it back working.He adjusted the print pad.The thing to note here is that he could have told me that I needed a repair job and I wou;d not have known the difference.Theder are honest people.

Needed repair on an Epson printer. This was like a blind date that worked out! Quin at All Makes is amazing.He is fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable.Not knowing what to expect this turned out to be a very positive experience. I truly recommend this company.
