Bought a electric leather seat for my 2011 Honda , staff member assured me the 2009 Honda seat was compatible with my car. The upholstery shop installing my seat said the plug were not compatible , I would have to take the car to electrical shop to re- wire the connecting plugs to make my cars connections work with the new seats connections. I call the Honda salvage yard who sold me the seat to see if they would pay the cost of re-wiring the plugs since they assured me it would work. They didn't, so I paid $30 to take the shop to small claims court for the expense I incurred re-wiring the connections to make the seat work .
The easiest way to resolve a dispute is take the shop to small claims court to get whatever money you feel they owe you .Then , file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and any other consumer agency regulating automotive shops. .

They were rude. One guy there said he will keep my curtain air bag ready. Without keeping ready he went home. Another rude person took my old air bag without refund asking me t move out. I was firm collected my old one. Pls don’t do business with them

Watch what you buy from here. They will sell you a part that's not for ur car.they say it's for your car but you take it and try to take it to the mechanic for it to be installed and it does not fit try to take it back to get your money and they won't do refunds just store credit even though you don't need anything else from there or don't trust they will give u the right part.Be careful what you buy from here..
I went to buy a part for my car confident that the part was for my car. I took it to my mechanic to find out that it is not the part I wanted to take my money back and they did not want to give it to me, they just gave them store credit even though you no longer have confidence in them if they are going to give you the correct part. Be careful what you buy here.

Gave me the wrong transmission, made my company look bad and i had to compensate for the customers time, it took another 4 days to get the right transmission after i already paid 1500 for one. Very disrespectful people they don't know customer service, i paid cash and called 2 days in advance and they still had me waiting an hour or more. I would never recommend this place

Beware of All Japanese Wrecking and Services - Worst Experience Ever!
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with All Japanese Wrecking and Services, and let me tell you, it has been an absolute nightmare.
Not once, not twice, but three times they sold me faulty transmissions. Three! When I reached out to them for the third time, Gio/Jio casually mentioned they had more transmissions available but couldn’t send a driver. Instead, they suggested I send someone to pick it up. Fine, I thought, and sent my mechanic to grab the part. But guess what? When he got there, they suddenly couldn’t provide any more transmissions. What a joke.
To add insult to injury, the owner had the audacity to tell me they would honor the warranty if I could produce the receipt. Of course, the only receipt we had was from the original purchase, and now they claim it’s void because it’s been two months since then. Keep in mind, they barely sent me the last transmission just two weeks ago!
Whoever this unprofessional owner is that I had the misfortune of speaking to, you should be ashamed of yourself. This is not how you run a business. It’s nothing short of monkey business. I am beyond upset by this whole ordeal. Some businesses are simply not fit to exist, and All Japanese Wrecking and Services is undoubtedly one of them. Avoid at all costs!
