I went into the boutique because it called my attention as they have cars displayed for decoration which was awesome! The staff was really helpful and friendly. I loved the jewelry options and bought a few pieces. Will definitely come back !!!!

I drove over to this Warby Parker location excited to purchase some new glasses . When I walked in I was met with a hello from an associate who was helping out someone else . I decided to try some on some frames just see if I liked anything until an associate was able to come over and help me pick out the perfect pair . After trying on what seemed like 15 pairs with no assistance from the guy associate who was just sitting on his phone I decided to leave . The lack of Customer service shown was very disappointing. Waste of a 30 minute drive .

Cute glasses for a great price! They assisted finding the right pair (better look than I found at my optician, and cheaper) and processing the fit and order. It was fast! Then they conveniently put my order on hold until I figured out if I could use my HSA account to pay for them. I later called in to complete the order. Super easy and much more affordable that going through my regular VSP. I'll be back in the future! They are open until 7 pm, so you can show up after work and then go for dinner in the trendy Los Angeles arts district. :-D

Came in to get my first pair of glasses. My mother also came with me and got a pair as well. Clara and Lloyd were EXTREMELY helpful with information and helping use choose frames. Couldn't be happier with the service! They were also very patient

This place is tucked in a store called Alchemy Works a few yards past Wurstkuche. Based on the pictures on Yelp, I thought the place would be bigger; the mirrors in the picture definitely gave it some deceiving depth. Nonetheless, place had a solid selection of frames, even for someone with a big head like mine. Within 5 seconds of walking in, I was greeted by Leanh who was super helpful helping me select a frame for myself. Warby Parker's frames are basic but stylish, and best of all, don't break the bank. Walked out purchasing the Gilbert frames in Whiskey Tortoise color for $95 and the blue light filtering option for an extra $50. All and all $145 flat with free shipping to my place.

I went into this location for my second pair of glasses after owning my first pair for a year. Love my first pair, but I wanted to try a new style. I have always wanted to try a clear framed pair of glasses but did not have the confidence to do so. Troy helped me by suggesting different pairs of clear-framed glasses and different colored shades of glasses until I found a clear-framed pair that I felt confident in wearing. Can't wait to get my new pair in the mail!

I came here to get a new pair of glasses. I hadn't bought any new glasses in over a year. It's a little hard to find the place since it's a section inside a store. It's all street parking as well. Once I went in, I loved the store vibe. The employees at the store were very friendly! The lady helping us was awesome. She recommended me different pairs of glasses and also helped my mom pick hers. She was very patient too. I think I tried like 20 pairs or more. She assisted us with the order and got my prescription. Glasses arrived after a few days. Love the spot. Definitely check them out!
