I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years now and am so grateful to be so. The staff and pharmacists have consistently been so kind, helpful, patient, and considerate with me. There have been many times that I had questions or confused about certain medications and everything was always answered with such professionalism and cheerfulness. I can't recommend this pharmacy enough to people. I plan on being a happy customer for the rest of my life.

The pharmacy in East LA was amazing. I have been calling around different pharmacies - Rite Aid, etc. and they were so rude and not empathetic at all. And then I called AHF-East LA, and had a wonderful experience. They were nice and patient and informative, helpful - everything you want your pharmacy to be. They were for me. Keyvan actually took my call and made me feel important and valued, and he also eased my mind about what I was asking about. I have never had that kind of experience ever at a pharmacy. He was friendly and pleasant. And then when I called back at another time, I got Negar who was also extremely friendly, patient and helpful. And they even remembered my name, from only calling in once before! I truly have never had this happen to me at a pharmacy before. Pharmacists, in my experience, have never been nice. I got the impression that they truly love what they're doing and helping people. Rite Aid? More like Wrong Aid. Go with AHF!

Was calling about some prescriptions and girl from the pharmacy was giving me an attitude because the line was getting cut off she couldn't really hear me. No patience whatsoever
