I recently visited this store, and while the customer service wasn't exactly up to par, I was thoroughly impressed with the emptiness of the store. With almost no customers, I had plenty of space to browse the merchandise without feeling cramped or overwhelmed. Although the staff seemed aloof and indifferent, I appreciated that they didn't hover over me or pester me with constant questions. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet shopping experience and don't mind being treated with a certain level of disdain, this store might be the perfect fit for you.

Extremely enjoyed my experience here! I was expecting to walk out with nothing, but ended up walking out with 4 pieces because of Johan's amazing customer service! Johan was super friendly and recommended me a few different pieces that were similar to what I was looking for since they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock. And I ended up taking all the ones he recommended!

Super cool items. Need to pick through to choose the right pieces. I rang a bell to go in as I think they are using that to keep track of customers. I don't think they had many people working. The visual merchandising is on point and the product selection is different from each Acne.

This is for the store on melrose, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in, they didn't have the jeans I saw online because they have a tiny selection in the boutique, most styles are not available so there's really no point in shopping in store. A salesperson named Rose told me she would order the jeans for a trip I had coming up. I assumed it would be handled without having to check in on her. The day the jeans are supposed to be there I call the store and no one has ordered anything for me. The person I spoke with had no record of any order being placed. Save your time and buy it online or go elsewhere, they should close this store all of the associates are brain dead and could care less to actually serve the customer.
