DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT. Go to Matias TV Repair instead. Few miles from here. Paid ACE TV 40$ just to wait for 3days to an estimate that's higher than the tv costs. Have LG 65", the only problem was the T-con, Ernesto (the now owner of Matias, the best person) repaired it IN THE SAME DAY!!! And was only asking for a cheap fee. By the way if that's not still enough, they are 90yrs in the business..

Haha funny how people just wanna respond but not listen, cant you see the problem? You needed 3days to give me an estimate on the other hand, HE HAVE IT FIXED IN A DAY. HE DIDNT REPLACED ANYTHING HE REPAIRED IT! See the difference now? If still not, maybe it's better to close your shop.
And whatever, it is what it is but there's a way you can recover from this, that's if you can give my money back and the TIME!!!

Biggest scam this place is!!!! On their website it states FREE ESTIMATE WITH REPAIR! no where does it say a non refundable $40 will be charge to check the TV and will give an estimate what if it cost $500 to fix might as well get a new tv. They won't tell you what the estimate to fix your TV.

Very unfair business practices going on here. There website says free estimate with repair. I arrived to have my VCR repaired. I asked about the free estimate and was told to pay $40 cash or check and that would also go towards the repair??? What?? Where is the free estimate??? Don't I get a chance to decide if it's worth the cost to repair?? Hell no they scam you out of $40 and then expect to pay more than the actual unit is worth. When I refused to get my VCR repaired I asked the woman since you scammed me out of $40 what is the problem with the VCR? All she could say in broken English was gears. This lady is hard to understand, and atleast least tell me what's wrong with the VCR I paid for that, remember it's not free like your website says. Never do business with them. Bait and switch is their business practice. First of all remove the free estimate on your website, that is false advertisement!!

I took my 45 inch LG. tv because it had no picture, but had sounds. The sign said free estimates, when I went, I was charged $40 for inspection, I was told that it would be deducted out of the total repair amount. I was called a couple of days later and told that the repair costs would be an additional $190 on top of the $40 that I had already paid, and that the TV would be ready around Mid May because they had to order the parts from China. I decided it wasn't worth it and picked up my TV and recycled it. I gave 3 stars because they should be more upfront about the actual pricing. The delayed in parts is no fault of theirs, it's just the pandemic and supply chain issues. The Asian lady was nice and friendly though.

Definitely a winner when it comes to price and trustworthiness. Met with Ace TV VCR Repair's crew and he fixed my iphone 6 screen right in front of me within 10 minutes max. Overall 5/5 and will come back if i need future repairs.

This lady charged me $30 for a diagnose but i know they didn't even inspect my TV after that on purpose she gave me a very high price which i could've bought a brand new TV for that price. and she said its better to buy a new TV and charged me $30 for no reason, she didn't do anything. if you don't want to be tricked, don't go here!!!
