I was able to receive a lot of help by guiding me through things I had not even thought about. Jenny gave me detailed guidance on everything, even though I asked a lot of annoying questions as I had never been in an accident worthy of insurance. It felt like I was receiving service in Korea. The other staff were all professional and friendly. Jenny, I hope you are always healthy.

Staff very friendly and answered all my questioned when I dropped off my car.
Car was excellent and I've no issue with there work on my car. I was little disappointed that the part arrived was boxed wrong and it delayed them to finish on time.
I believe they should advice customer anytime the estimate has changed before the final work is done and not wait till you pick up car that the price increased!!!!

The experience in getting my vehicle repaired was great. From getting the estimate to finish. Patrick kept in communication, pre-ordered parts to shorten time in shop and the outcome was outstanding. They did an flawless job repairing the damage and when I picked up the vehicle was sparkling clean too.

I highly recommend this place! I’ve taken my car here multiple times, and Alice is fantastic at communicating and providing excellent customer service. They made the process so much easier and worked with my insurance. Not only that, but they guarantee the quality of their work!

Complete rip off. My insurance estimate was 2300 but their final repair cost was 11700$ for a bumper and fender dent. While they said they replaced all parts, they still charged 8000 in labor for just replace and paint. Reported to BBB.

My Experience At Ace Tech Was Shocking. My Vehicle Was Hit Park In Its Parking Spot, The Person That Hit my Vehicle Did Not Leave Any Info. I Came Out Around 5 PM To Go To The Store For A Couple Of Items I Needed In The Household. Since The Person Who Hit My Vehicle Did Not Leave Any Info I Had To Use My Own Insurance To Repair My Vehicle Which Was State Farm They Referred Me To One Of There Network Shop Which Was Ace Tech. Made An Appointment To Take My Vehicle In For An Estimate Was Given One And Told To Bring My Vehicle In The Next Day, I Found The Estimate Kind Of On The High Side Butt I Agreed To Get My Vehicle Fix. It Was The Best Thing I Could Have Done Very Happy With The Repair They Did To My Vehicle My Vehicle Came Out Looking Brand New Can’t Tell It Was Ever Hit. And When I Say Hit I Mean The Whole Driver Side Of Vehicle Was The Best Day For Me. i Recommend This Shop To Any One Who Needs Car Repairs They Proceed Forward With Excellent Work In A timely Manner This Shop Is Highly Recommended From Me Promise You Will Not Loose With Ace Tech So If You Have Car Damage Thru Accident or Otherwise Check Them Out They Will not Fail You Promise You That.

Extremely professional, very organized and on top of things. Great customer service and communication. I dropped off my daughters Tesla to get some body work and paint work done while she was doing an internship in LA for the summer. I was able to drop the car off with them and fly back home, and they handled everything with the insurance company and held onto the car a little longer for us until we came back into town.
My own car needs some paint work and I wish it was easier to drive from Colorado to LA because I'd trust Ace to work on my car more than I'd trust any of the body shops in my own state. They did a great job and they were fast.
