Great architecture, with a stunning rooftop with great views, the room is confy and original .Noteworthy details: We loved the girl at the coffee spot, great talks with her quizzes, and an excellent coffee indeed.

Only stayed there one night, but it was such an easy and cozy experience! It's nearby a lot of good restaurants and bars in DTLA and not too far from other cool places like silverlake or arts district.

I got a very good deal, just what I needed. Thank you! I used the wrong parking garage and ended up paying extra for parking. Try to find a safe inexpensive one around the area.Nearby activities: DTLA has a lot of everything, might feel scary at first but it is cool

Central location, many of our activities were on foot. It does not have parking, but there is one nearby with everything and a security guard. The employees were very friendly at all times, there was even an error in our reservation, they fixed it at that moment and gave us cookies with the inconvenience. It's quiet, I even thought there were few of us staying there, but no. The only bad thing was that one of the elevators was broken and all of us guests had to share a single elevator and this made going up or down slow, but from then on everything was super good. I would stay there again.

Unfortunately, Ace Hotel was sold and the takeover was completed in the first of the year. The building has remnants of what Ace was but the soul of what made ace what it was is long gone. The staff that WAS on site was wonderful. But the customer service and any questions you might have are outsourced to people not even in the building and they're of very little help. I also got a text saying the noise sensor in my room was activated after a siren went off outside, so now kasa is monitoring the sound levels in rooms. Just stripped the life from ace and took the building. This was my first stay after the takeover after being here after staying at ace every time I was in town. But this will also be my very last time staying here or with Kasa in general. RIP ACE DTLA.

At first was a mix up with my reservation but it was resolved and the customer service was fantastic!! Cute clean rooms. Private. Everything we needed was near by. Will definitely book another room. I definitely recommend Kasa if you ever need a room in DTLA. Thank you Kasa!!Rooms: Cute. Extremely clean. QuietNearby activities: RIGHT next door to United Artists Theater. Breakfast lunch and dinner places on same block. As well as a CVSSafety: Felt very safe. The outer door has a code that only YOU have if you are a guest there.

KASA was extremely accommodating, from the actual room to the customer service. Also, Getting into the hotel with the secure link was fairly simple and smooth. I come into LA often for work and KASA may be my go to spot now:) my room was very comfortable and clean!! No complaintsRooms: The style is very urban, industrial - I loved it.

GREAT experience at this very modern and industrial hotel. I tend to gravitate towards the Ace, because the vibe is so great. All the front desk staff, restaurant staff, bellman, and bartenders were awesome! I only wish there was a hot tub on the roof. But they do have a hot pool, and it was almost as good. Also, very good bathtub in my room. Super deep and long for my taller frame. Will definitely return to this hotel! Highly recommended.

Coming for a premiere and getting information is incredibly difficult about the accommodations or accessibility etc. Employees are very nice but front desk is unavailable and I'm not able to wait a few days to get an email for an event this evening to find out whether or not I could bring a service animal.

I stayed at the Ace for three nights while attending events at USC and was a very happy guest. The Ace stands out in DTLA as a perch to take in the vibrant scene, from the sturdy and industrial complimenting the art deco fixtures and the beauty of the building itself. Service was always helpful, from the hotelStaff to Loam to the Bar upstairs. Lots to do within a walk in DTLA and the train is close by. I would definitely return. The attached theater has regular events, all sold out when I stayed, that could be another good reason to book a stay.

I only stayed for one night to attend an event at the Crypto arena, but it was a pleasant stay. The front desk staff was great and I loved the vibe upstairs at the bar and pool. The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation.
