These guys are simply the best in DTLA.I have worked with Jay on 5 different jobs over the last few months.Most were ready for same-day pickup.On several occasions, Jay has even offered different flyer/poster layout options; optimizing & improving the design.This is a very time consuming process- it is no wonder why most printers don't care to offer this customer service.Thanks Jay and Ace Grapix! THE BEST GRAPHIC AND PRINTING SPOT in LOS ANGELES. Lucky for me we live three blocks - they are quick! efficient! and do amazing work and great quality control. I have gone to them numerous times for film posters printing onto foam core with turnaround in less than 24 hours. Our business cards come from here too. David Yoo is the bomb and his staff is amazing. You go ACE GRAPIX!

I can't say enough great things about this place! Shawn was very responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful with every question and last minute request (and there were many) for a nearby event. Ace Grapix delivered on time, every time, at a price that beat every printer within a mile of the LACC. 100% would recommend to anyone needing anything printed; postcards, tablecloths, posters, stickers, brochures, etc. Thank you again for saving the day!

They were incredibly difficult to work with. They said they'd send an invoice and three days later still nothing. It came down to the last day for my booklets to be printed and they still hadn't started, or sent an invoice, or apparently even opened my file because they said the bleed was wrong. Why didn't they tell me that the first day? If they were too busy for my project I would've loved to know. I ended up going to a better copy place a block away and they got it done within two hours. Pfffffft.
