Sean and Ana were very kind and helpful. I had brought in my IPhone 11 that I had repaired about a month ago. My phone was not letting me unlock it or move anything on the screen. So after Sean fixed it, he was kind enough to show me the difference between a good quality screen and a not-so-good one. Ana recommended a good tempered glass for my phone as well as a speaker that was really hard to refuse lol. Overall they were very helpful and answered all of my questions.
