Horrible service and very untrustworthy. You are better off finding another alteration place somewhere else than here. Especially if you have nice pieces of clothing, they'll just ruin it and not admit fault.

They were alterating on a bridesmaid dress and we paid their prices... when we picked up the dress and tried it on....they ruined it sooo bad. They kept saying "trust us" and we did, but only to find the dress not done right. DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR ALTERATIONS!!!! Your better off paying a little bit more somewhere else.

I've been a regular for over 10 years, but my coat wasn't clean and it wasn't clean, so they insisted that I pay again because I didn't tell them that it was dirty... I had taken the coat in before, but all the hair had come out, so I didn't say anything and just let it go. As I said for the first time, the service is really bad.... I'm sure there are people who leave clean clothes there, but aren't they paying money to leave their clothes there just to have them cleaned?

i tried a couple other local dry cleaners and found them to be over priced and impersonal/disorganized. then i found 8th st! i LOVE the two women who run this spot and i know take them all my dry cleaning and tailoring. Thank You!!

The Cleaners on 8th does great work, They always have great service and great prices. Also I have had alterations done there and the clothes always turn out perfect. If you want to great cleaners you need to go try them right now.

I've been their customer for about 5 years, and they are upfront about what they can and cannot do, yet very attentive when you are in need of special service. Extremely reliable with great price and free parking. Highly recommended!

I called ahead of time to ask about their wash and fold service. She gave me prices based on small, medium, and large bags. She also said she could do it same day. I drive all the way here, and she says she can’t do it same day and that it is way bigger then a large. My laundry basket is a standard laundry basket that you buy at Walmart. It’s a normal size, not oversized. She then points to a medium sized shopping bag, and says that’s a large. I told her that is not a large, that is a small shopping bag. Why would they have me come all the way here ! She laughed about it and didn’t even say sorry. Won’t come back here ever.

Very reasonable prices in Ktown for cleaning and alterations. I've been going to this place for nearly ten years, and their service quality never changed. Mall parking could be a little difficult only during lunch time.

If you want a cheap place, it might be an option. But if you have anything nice, be careful. I've been going to this cleaner for awhile thinking it's a decent place. But one day my dress came back damaged. So I took the dress back and asked them if they can do anything about it. Instead of apology or service offer, they first denied their fault. I explained what happened then finally they asked me to pay extra money to fix the damage they caused. When I told them it's unfair, they told me to go find another cleaners. It probably wouldn't cost too much time or effort for them to fix but I guess they would rather piss off the long time customer than spend a few minutes to fix...

Wandered in here on a whim while looking for a neighborhood dry cleaner and haven't looked anywhere else since. Their prices are easily better than the other nearby cleaners and Christine is always a pleasure to see. She's willing and able to accommodate a quick turnaround and my clothes come back looking great every time.
