Update 9/21:DO NOT use your credit card here for the car wash. It took my money, the machine wouldn’t work…the rude attendant said it would refund in 24 hrs. It didn’t. It charged my card for no service. I’m currently disputing it with the bank. This place needs to be shut down.DO NOT use your credit card at the car wash…it will take $10 and not turn on. If you then proceed to show the employee the charge to your account he will say “it won’t charge.” Even though it charged. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and will be reporting this location because they are stealing money off of cards. He should have just turned the machine on for me once I showed the charge OR given me a refund. This place is not a legit place of business. I would pay cash only here if I was desperate.

The manager is rude. Her name is “Maria” was asking her how does the Kickback work because I wanted to pay at the pump…but she ignored me and told me just to scan it in there. Also she wouldn’t look to see what pump number my cars at. She was also rude to customers behind me as well. She has fake blonde hair, short and chubby older lady. (Got the pic from another bad review about her-same lady that I’m talking about)

That red headed chick who works here is a lousy cashier not only does she often smell like weed but she's horrible at giving change (& she's slow to give back change), I was informed by another customer she's a new "assistant manger" here? I guess rocket is hiring any random drugged out teen now. DO BETTER. I will no longer be coming here to purchase anything as I have minor children who can smell her.

Conveniently located on the corner of Marathon St. and N. Western Ave with a self-service carwash, vacuums and an air pump available. Expect heavy traffic and delays during peak hours throughout the week. The carwash and fuel are both reasonably priced, carwash accepts bills, cards or tokens from the exchanger on the wall facing the gas pumps and will not take coins. The fuel pump space and the store itself is rather small so parking spaces aren't available. They have a public restroom which is on the side of store, ask the cashier for the key. Overall, 4 stars! I recommend this location.

Really bad customer service if I could give zero starts I would this lady here is so rude and has no customer service or communication skills whatsoever I went to pump gas and got confused with the pump number she knew from the start that I was not in number 3 but instead in number 1 and proceeded to add the money to pump 1 when I went back in ask told her that the pump was not working she stated is already on I then went back to pump 1 and still not working and then realized that I was not in Pumped 3 and moved to Pumped 3 and try pumping gas and was not working I went back inside for the third time and in a Rude way stated you moved why did you moved and I was like because I was in Pump 1 not 3 and she continue to say that I was the one that said Pump 3 when I was at Pumped 1 and I told her if you knew why didn’t you say something she when on to say because I don’t have to thats your problem like whaaat everyone can get confuse but if you know a customer is wrong and still proceeded to add the money in the wrong pump I’m sorry but your the real problem to society!!!

I've been washing my car in this place for years and had no mayor issues. We have multiple cars. Usually we do wash our cars a least 4-5 a week. But recently we had an issue with their maintenance (old Latin guy ) while we washing out her start sweeping the floor and hit my wife. And turn around instead of apologizing he was rude and told my wife. "Are you blind ? Don't you see I am cleaning ? You need to move ! So we supposed to stop scrubbing our car and wait for him to come in space and clean ? So I step in I told him. Dude we are washing our car. I think you need to a least wait for to finish and start cleaning. And he responded super aggressive. " you don't f!!! Tell me what to do. And f!! Move ! Hopefully management cares enough for their business and take actions on this guy behavior.
