I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment located at 1004 S. La Cienega in Los Angeles, CA 90035.
During my routine visit today, I encountered an issue that I believe warrants your immediate attention. While attempting to purchase lottery tickets, I was met with unexpected and unprofessional behavior from one of your employees, Mr. Omar, who was operating the register at the time. Despite there being no discernible reason for the refusal, Mr. Omar declined to sell me the lottery tickets, citing that he is not selling them right now.
Regrettably, the situation escalated when Mr. Omar addressed me in a disrespectful manner, which included the use of inappropriate language. As a patron of your establishment, I was deeply troubled by this interaction, as it not only reflects poorly on your business but also undermines the principles of respectful customer service.
Furthermore, I am concerned that this incident may not be an isolated occurrence, as I have observed similar instances of rudeness and unprofessionalism from Mr. Omar during previous visits. It is disheartening to note that these behaviors have been echoed in negative reviews on platforms such as Google, where other customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided by Mr. Omar.
In light of recent events and the prevailing climate of heightened sensitivity towards issues of discrimination, I cannot help but feel that I was unfairly singled out and denied service based on factors beyond my control. Given the predominantly Jewish demographic of the area, such behavior is particularly troubling and warrants thorough investigation.
I kindly request that you undertake a comprehensive review of this matter and take appropriate action to address the underlying concerns. It is imperative that steps are taken to ensure that all customers are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve, regardless of their background or any other distinguishing factor.

Terrible service to customers. The fat person that works there would not load the gas in the pump for some crazy reason. I though he just looked disgusting but he is actually a disgusting whale of a person. Rude to my friends too so not going there anymore. The fat body that works there in the morning needs an attitude adjustment.

It was very bad service, but actually no, there wasn’t service at all.The workers didn’t want to serve me because I wanted to pay with coins. They were VERY RUDE! When I tried to talk with a manager he said to me that he is on break.They just took my time and totally spoiled my mood.

I had a terrible experience specifically with an employee named Omar. After paying, I asked Omar to give me a Gas tank in exchange. He was emptying the bins, and after 10 minutes, I approached and asked how much longer it would take for him to give me the exchange tank . (He just needed to open a door, give it to me, and I could have left while he continued his work). In response to my request, he said, "Kid, you're nothing special, wait because I'm doing something. Who the heck do you think you are?" After 20 minutes, I asked for a refund as he still hadn't finished emptying all eight bins at the gas station. His colleague from inside the shop closed the door and did it in 2 minute for me and Omar was looking at me with an hangry face I don't understand where we're headed, as this new generation has no desire to work and is very rude to people. Poor America.
