Car wash is one of the better ones in west LA area. The worker did a thorough job doing the car at the end. If you get gas, car wash is $1 cheaper. I opted to pay the 11.99 in store with cash for the top choice wash. Just remember to tuck your side windows in and turn off rain-detect on your windshield wipers.

Zero stars. So called 24hr service and they close at peak hours when people want their midnight snack. When I worked for 711 i would've been fired for closing during my shift at a 24 hr establishment

the car wash people are the best, specifically this one guy, whose name might be Adrian, not too sure but he's the best and he definitely needs the best raise one can ever get!

The girl in the front who wears the fake eye lash extensions is so rude. She double charged me for an item. I asked her if that's how much it costs for my single item. She responded to me that I need to relax myself. When I asked her in such a calm relaxed manner. She also called me a little girl although I am a grown adult who runs multiple local businesses. I couldnt stand to even respond. I walked away. She has a serve attitude problem and needs to be re trained or fired so that she can learn the proper customer service skills needed.

The car wash is such a s*** show. For once the line was empty. After I selected my wash and paid, there was no indication of whether my transaction had gone through. I used my card a second time and again saw no indication to move forward according to the colored lights. Eventually the guy that drys the cars told me that the wash is in fact working but the colored lights/timer hadn't been repaired. I mentioned that I paid twice for the wash and requested a refund on the second transaction. He wasn't able to give a refund which is understandable but just before he handed me my receipt for next wash, he rudely scolded me for making the transaction twice like i was supposed to know their equipment was malfunctioning. I honestly don't know why this worker is always soo disrespectful in his tone especially while communicating to a woman. To make the situation worse my daughter was there like "WTH crawled up that dudes a** and died?!?" Lol any way, if you go here for the wash, maybe come another time if you see the dude with the snap backs and cocky walk. Don't know his name and don't care to but he's there between 12-4pm. This guy won't be gladly accepting my $5 tips for the crappy dry job he gives my car. This guy must ALWAYS be having a bad day with his crude demeanor. Women do not come to this station. My friend came by her self said she got a weird feeling from the guy inside, she said she saw him get on the phone still looking at her, soon a black SUV pulled in, they watched her, she got scared and took off, she says the truck left without getting gas, and right now they bald guy that works drying the cars was with a guy that was trying to take a picture of my sister, he stupidly had his flash on and we noticed, my sister had her mask on the whole time. Be careful.

So I went inside to pay, waited in line because the lady in front of me was socializing with the clerk. I had my card in hand ready to pay for my car wash and the clerk made zero moves to assist me except with his mouth and eyes: he looked at me sideways and told me to just pay at the machine. So I'm waiting in line for the car wash and another worker comes to my car to tell me not to enter my car wash code until the car in front of me is completely out of the wash. Okay, no problem. I told him I hadn't paid yet and that the guy inside told me to go pay at the machine. His response was something to the effect of oh, if it's working you can. Lol. So the machine doesn't work and the cashier doesn't either, I guess. The car wash was excellent for a drive thru and when I exited I got out and was quickly able to towel off the minimal water drops that the dryer didn't catch. I'll be back for sure since good car washes are hard to find but definitely agree with the other reviews that you will wait for the car wash and the staff are not super helpful.
