I just had the worst experience with the gentle man with the beard working tonight. I purchased a cord to charge my iphone, howeverCame back in because it was defective and he provoked me to act outside of my character telling me I brought back in the store a cord from my vehicle that I didn't just purchase from him 30 seconds ago... expecting a different response than what I gave him I stayed calm wasted my precious time in the store and finally he replaced it with one that worked.I'll never come back to this location and his incompetence should not be tolerated.I'd never give him a job anywhere else in Hollywood or LA.I really do not appreciate being Racially profiled. Never feels good at all.

Milo the head mechanic is reallly great. Very honest, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I've taken my 2016 Corolla there and my brother took his Civic hybrid there. Great service and good prices on both parts and labor. Definitely my go-to spot in Hollywood for car repairs! Thank you for taking care of us!
