They overcharge sometimes, for simple like what cup you used with your ice..when they are aware that the designated ice cups are unacceptable.They actually close at 11pm, they're ot 24 hours like google says.I bought some enchiladas (2 units), and one unit hald gull on mold on it when I opened it at home and was disposed of after I took a photo so that the receipt date and meta data for the photo match up.

It’s a really convenience store for communities,you can get anything ( fresh food, coffee, Beer, hard liquor) & also all employees are very nice in here

This 7-Eleven is a piece of $hit! Don't order anything from here! Ordered via grubhub, order was wrong, called and they hung up on me. A$$holes!

This 7_ELEVEN at 4051 Leimert Blvd. is not good to Loyal customers when it comes to redeeming winning tickets for money. This is the third time this has happened when it comes to them paying money for a winning ticket. They always say "WE DON'T HAVE THE MONEY". I buy several tickets from this store and the same thing happened Sunday. I go to redeem a $100 ticket that I had bought from them again no money. If you sell the ticket you need to redeem the ticket. This is the third and last time I will do business with this store. I do believe it is because it is in the black area of town. Anywhere else I go to redeem they have the money plus this store has plenty of business. Plus they charge 30 cents for a bag not 10 cent.

Worst customer service ever, a foreign man behind the counter did not t even greet me was very rude with a dry attitude, the store was filthy. He did not ask me for my rewards point and he did not even have on his mask which i thought it was disappointing and disrespectful. Please teach him the ethics of customer service and there was no food up and ready to grab and eat

I went inside to to redeem points for 7/11 Cold press Juice. Well I showed my app to the cashier and tried to redeem my points for the store brand juice instead they took my points and u had to pay for my juice. I have place complaints with Corporate. Its shame that the store manager as well as the other employee didn't know how to use the rewards program.
