The franchisee is always so rude when you come here. He lies to customers and really could care less about things in the area, or community. The other ones around here are very friendly and happy you come there.

Horrible service. Clerk was disrespectful and rude. Told me they were out of large cups. They were out for days and I watched the clerk charge the guy in front of me an extra large as a large then he charged me a higher price for a smaller cup. They are racist and rude please go to another 7eleven this one does not deserve your money. Everytime I go the clerk who is usually there is either in the phone when I come to the register or he is just being flat out rude to me and my lady. If I could give zero I would skip this place

The employees here are very rude. The fried chicken wings are very hard and cannot be eaten at all

Don't ome to this store. Workers don't know how to use the system and add promotions but want you to pay full price. The food is nasty as well need to bring the city in here. And that woman that works here is rude and looked at me like i was wrong, not my fault they didn't teach her what to do and work to correct the system.

The worse 7-11 In ALL of HOLLYWOOD!!!Should have went to Sunset blvd! near Home Depot!these guys here are RUDE and put a price and then say another price once you get there and pay!!!The guy said we don't care what is advertised the computer is what we charge!!! Never after 16 years in the area will I EVER EVER go here again and heard the same from our locals!!!!

They make you wait to collect things because they pass the phone calls they don't respect the discounts a few moments ago I went and bought they were charging me the regular price Thinking that you put the number for the discounts once again they want to steal they put discounts that they don't give

Sorry y'all need to train your cashiers better. They input the stuff came the wrong way so I didn't get the discount on it with my rewards. There's plenty of 7 11 stores that do their job properly. I don't have to come to this one.

On 7-11 they purposely closed the store sometime before 6:45pm and said it'll open in 10 minutes and it opened at 6:55pm but said no more free slurpies despite it not being 7pm. Meanwhile other 7 elevens still gave them out. Also cashiers are kinda rude and tried giving me something else one time when I asked for a regular burger and they kept giving me chicken burger and kept insisting it's a regular burger

The men who work are among the rudest people in any 7-11 I’ve ever been too. They are so consistently rude that I avoid going if possible. Try harder guys.

I have been going to this 7-eleven ever since it was open which was about 6-7 years ago I believe. The service has always been god awful. The 2 cookies packs are always labelled incorrectly. I just got an oatmeal raisin label when it was actually peanut butter cookies. This is seriously dangerous for someone who might have a peanut allergy, and possibly sued. It's come to my attention that the franchise owner of this location does not care about his own store. You can't get a whole pizza at 4am, I also asked if the Iced Coffee could be refilled because there was no more and the graveyard shift employee said he won't. Donuts are never properly organized, big gulps drinks are also never stocked. The graveyard shift employee had the biggest attitude. Day shift employees are decent when it comes to customer service but are not doing well when it comes to stocking products

A great place for a quick bite and they accept EBT. Great pricing for pizza and more. Even the iced coffee is inexpensive. So come get your snacks at 7-Eleven when you can.
