Employee at the counter is extremely disrespectful I tried to redeem my big gulp reward I redeem the thousand points and it was in my wallet before I got into the store employee with making up any excuse to not take the reward and saying it's not working try to say I don't have enough points with my current balance is 798 after the redemption of 1000 and it clearly says in my wallet that the reward is ready the store clerk was reading it as reward not ready store clerk can barely read English and is extremely I believe corporate should come in and retrain these employees because they don't know how to deal with people they also don't know how to work the 7-Eleven rewards system

I ordered from Uber eats xxx flamin hot Cheetos and they removed it from my order and now didn't even ask for an exchange of something else now I will get delivered my order with one less bag of chips then I need to fufil myself buddy you piss me off buddy

Deceitful employees and management. Lied about pricing of products, electronic products purchased did not work and refused refund. Don’t recommend supporting this establishment. Do yourself a favor and go to the CVS across the street. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Came here at 3:30am to get some kind of Pedialyte for my son that was running a fever, guy working in the store had the door locked and seen me standing at the door once he finally got there through the door I asked him if they were open in which he replied no so I asked what time they open he tells me they open at 5 meanwhile a truck pulls In behind me while I'm having this conversation; the guy gets out his truck and heads for the door and when he gets there the guy tending the store without hesitation opens the door and let's the guy in at this point I'm highly confused so I asked the guy why he just told me the store was closed when it wasn't he then replied with "WHAT CAN I BUY YOU" while blocking the door at this point I'm fuming and let him know that what just happened was b******* and that I was there to get pedialyte or some kind of substitute for my kid which he then let me in. Im not usually one to write reviews or to complain in general but this was not okay. I'm a black man not sure if that had anything to do with it I don't want to play the race card but it was odd that I was refused service and as soon as the next guy shows up which was a white gentleman he was able to immediately walk in with no problems. I write this review because what happened just didn't sit right with me we need to do better in 2023

The younger register guy is the slowest ever in the history of convenience stores. This is an inconvenience store. A homeless man will yell at you in gibberish every time you come. Some of the clerks dont make eye contact and have ENTIRE conversations with other employees while ringing someone up. Overall, one of the worst 7-11s Ive been to. Their jobs are not difficult. They just to refuse to offer any customer service or professionalism. I wish I could give this place negative 4 stars.

Homeless people living right outside, someone ran off with merchandise and the employee went chasing after her, slushee machine is shut down due to Health Department violations, and finally tried to use the hand sanitizer on the way out and it is filled with soap which I had to rub off on my pants for the drive home.

Very very rude cashier. Went here to add money on my card stood in line then got to the front and dated that I wanted no add money on man was told it's closed it's closed no. In those exact word like you do not have to be rude. Won't be giving anymore of my business.

Well, accomplished what I went in for, but the beer I bought had spilled sticky soda on it, and the neighborhood was just kind of scary with questionable people hanging about inside and outside the store. The clerk was nice and I got what I went in for, but was happy to get out of there.

EDIT: STILL having same issues months later. Randomly close and lock the doors whenever they want. Sometimes let certain people in, but lock door for others.I just watched at least 20 people walk up to a brightly lit store, pull on the locked door, have the employee look up and shake his head, and then walk away.There seems to be a trend of stores being 24 hours and then randomly deciding not to be whenever they feel like it.I came here two nights ago before work just fine, and now today, they “open 6 o clock.”Maybe update the times on the site or post a sign.Now I have to find ANOTHER store in LA that is open to patronage
