This review is for the woman that’s working the store at 9:35pm on Tuesday, 9/17/2024. I come into the store atleast 3 or 4 times a day a week to get a the 2 slices of pizza and drink. Usually if it’s 1 slice left and I come in they make a whole new pizza but this woman said no with a bad attitude. I asked her where is the other people who work here, they’ll tell you the protocol. She didn’t answer. All she said was no and you can buy a whole pizza. Well normally when I come in I buy that deal for the unhoused lady in my neighborhood. Thank you for nothing rude lady!!! Again. This review is not for the whole store just the Latin woman working right now at 9:35pm, Tuesday 917/2024.

One of the BEST 7-11s in LA! Constantly stocked with my favorite snack foods! Hot Dogs are always delicious and well cooked! Slurpees and drinks are always working, stocked, and chilled! My work has me up at ALL different hours which makes it hard after most businesses close at 10pm. Luckily this 7-11 offers nearly everything you need late into the night, in an environment that’s constantly clean, safe, and staffed with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don’t know what it is about this location, but they’re the nicest, friendliest folks. I go here whenever i need something from a 711, even if it’s a bit out of the way. All the same stuff but with extra kindness. And that part’s free.

One of the worst 711 I've ever been to. Most of their items scan as "Non-qualified missing products" so all the usual deals won't get applied and you get charged the regular price for everything. Tiny store with very little selection, and the pizza slices are hard as stone.

The staff is severely uneducated and possibly inbred. They don't know how to do their jobs and they are basically illiterate. Truly pitiful how undeveloped and subhuman these "people" are.

Im so disappointed in the customer service I’ve received today. I’ve been coming to this store since the grand opening. The customer service has been above and beyond, which is why I continued to come back. I arrived to the store to buy a few snacks per usual. I walked up to the cashier whose name tag said Simi. She was not pleasant and had an attitude. She mumbled something to me and I said excuse me? Because I heard what she said. She told me I’m wearing too much cologne and it’s burning her nostrils. I informed her that her customer service is horrible and sometimes it’s best to keep her comments to herself. I take pride in my looks and also my presentation. If my Cologne bothered her, all she had to do was check me out and let me go on my way. Instead she had an attitude and wanted to make a point. Mean while she came to work looking like she just woke up, uniform wrinkled, hair over processed and looks like she’s been eating products at work. I told her happy holidays and that she should be a-lot nicer to loyal customers and that she should smile more. It’s free to smile and be nice/kind to others. Especially during the holidays. Im very disappointed in her rudeness and customer service. She needs a lesson on hospitality.

Fine store, I know the trash dumpsters are shared at this location. But if possible, could they be locked up? People are digging thru the trash & throwing out onto the sidewalk. This is after I tossed 2-3 trash bags back into the dumpster that were on the sidewalk. Thank you
