Worst 7/11 ever. Lied to me about the lotto machine. Employee said it didn’t work, I glanced over at the ticket reader and it’s clearly on. No error message. Was about to mention it to him until the other employee chimed in stating that it’s shift change. I even stopped a man from attacking the employees one morning. I thought that would gain me some brownie points but I was wrong. I’m just going to stop coming here even though it’s convenient.

Overpriced is all. I'm very familiar with 7-11...I understand the island thing..but they go way overboard cashing in on it.

They let pan handlers sit right by the entrance, or near, they act like security for customers safety dosent matter, the workers act condescending towards most customers, on occasion they greet you and on occasion they thank you for spending money at this 7 11, I received a response from the owner regarding my review, the owner stated he or she, understands my frustration regarding the seemingly lack of concern on there part in regards to pan handlers sitting by the entrance at this 7 11, or near the entrance,. I sit and observe the store employees making no effort to ask the pan handlers to leave, on occasion this 7 11 has security, however, security is there only at certain times it appears, perhaps they need security 24 hours , 7 days a week, what's more frustrating is the lack of concern from your store employees not making enough effort to keep pan handlers away from the entrance, also the owners lack of concern about this is highly frustrating.

Went there at 1:55am to get a beer. They decided this was the best time to clean their store and deny sales- right before legal sales of booze is illegal. They lost at least 2 sales (from me and another car they denied sales to) from their idiotic timing of their cleaning. Probably could have done this at 2:01 am when this wouldn't have been an issue.

Do not go to this 7-11 unless you have to. Unfortunately, there are different staff rhat treat you negatively. I came after midnight just to grab some snacks and the security guard was mopping. I was told that all the aisles that were still damp were closed. Imagine, a 3 aisle store where the security guard has mopped two aisles, now you only have 1 aisle to shop in. So sad! All the renovations in this neighborhood and the 7-11 staff has degraded terribly. Go to CVS or another store down the street.This 7-11 has bullies and the male staff at night do what they want and talk to people how they want. This location will never get my money again until they change staff and it is sad. Ive been going here for 20 years.

This 7eleven is real bad. If u order Post mates alcoholic drinks they grab the warm ones in the back to give u. I stopped goin to this one in person like 6 months ago cause it made me mad everytime I went in for a variety of reasons.

I visit this 7Eleven occasionally to get my normal hot chocolate. There has never been a time that I have gone that the staff hasn't been disrespectful or condescending to some resident to the community. Especially Amy. She has no respect for her elders and talk to them like children. The other older female clerk is just as bad. She is so busy looking at people in the store that she doesn't pay attention to the person standing right in front of her. She often times get the customer's change wrong because she is distracted. This is our community not &Eleven's. This store will be boycotted if the staff don't start to show more respect for the community in which they serve.
