I came to this place to buy when I parked my car in the back parking lot I came a man who said he was the handler of this store told me to remove my car from the parking lot and I didn't come inside the store to complain and the employees answered that he was the handler and he was right this man called the crane

Stopped in for a coffee late night, employee was aggressive and yelling at me and the other customers present.Using vulgar language while on private call the entire time and making the store a very unpleasant business to patronize.I strongly believe he should be immediately terminated and I highly encourage anyone who has experience with this; 'not your average 7 11 employee' in his words, to report incidents to 7 11 ethics hotline and contact the owner of the location with the contact information legally posted in the window.I am grateful to have my job, I treat others with respect and I expect the same from others whom I interact with.Thank you for reading, I truly hope the proper action is taken .

A horrible 7-11 employee is a tall, big black man who works nights and IS NEVER, EVER NICE TO ME, A PAYING CUSTOMER. At night on Monday, May 1, 2023, he was smoking a cigarette outside as I entered the store. He came in without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I put my items to purchase on the sales counter. HE LICKS HIS FINGERS AND GRABS A BAG, AGAIN WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! I pointed that out which made him more rude if that's even possible. I paid for my items, told him I didn't want a bag, and expressed how rude he is which I have said several times before. He called me rude, and I said as an employee, he should be nice to customers. HE IS TERRIBLE... A VAST UNDERSTATEMENT!!!

female cashier was extremely rude and gave me attitude. all I did was ask her a simple question. Management needs to change this and teach them basic respect. I shouldnt have to get yelled at just for asking how much it cost to put nacho cheese on my chips ?
