It is the worst 7/11 I've ever seen , they're not brew coffee sometimes, but the worst part is the service, the guy on the counter needs to be educated on the basic communication skill, Even if he just listens with a smile, that's enough.

I did like coming to this 7-11 a lot because of great experience, but today, before I went inside, there were signs saying no bags allowed, and I carried my bag for work. The worker(old guy can't tell if he was Hispanic or Indian)looked at me and didn't say welcome to 7-11 and had an angry face. When I asked for a Slurpee cup because that place had it next to the cash register, he looked like more angry for getting me a cup. Then, when I wanted to put my phone number for my rewards, he didn't let put it and told me the total. I asked if you could go back so I could put my rewards number he said no, I can't

I thought 7-11 was 24hours. The workers said it was closed from 2-6 and 1 of them is washing cars right outside of the store. 7-11 giving free money. I've seen 3 people come to the store and go somewhere else

Say 24/7 but not when there to get some food at 1am maybe 12 don’t remember but they was close still active with one person I guess because they keep getting robbed then close at 9pm not super late

I enjoy stopping here everyday and buying a large cup of delicious chuntaro coffee. The Cafe de Canela is my favorite flavor. I enjoy it with cinnamon and chocolate powder along with 2 hazelnut cups. The coffee station is well organized and sees a lot of foot traffic in the mornings so I understand when the coffee runs low and the trash piles up. It’s a sign that the coffee is good in the hood.The cashier is super friendly and very hard working. She engages with patrons from all walks of life and her patience is next to none. She’s the real MVP at this 7Eleven.

This 7-11 closes in the middle of the night, it is supposed to be open 24 hours. This is unacceptable, thud is needed by people with late or super early work schedules

Zero star! HORRIBLE! If you could go back in time, I never would stepped inside. Just go elsewhere. The one on Wilshire is decent.
