I saw a cockroach on the table in the area where we prepared our coffee, I called the cashier and it just came and I threw it away with my hand.

Great 711 but if you want your food fresh and hot it's best to go there around 6am or during daytime, not at night

Hot food kept and prepared in unsanitary conditions/temperatures. I still came here for random little shelf stable things for years but newer staff is being hostile to people outside the store including street vendors, and I can’t fund that.

This places sucks it doesn't have that many options on chips or chocolate it's always dirty I'm surprised that it's even up this place deserves a C at best or lower if you can do that this 711 is more for alcohol and smoking at this point. If you want to go somewhere that has better options on snacks go to 3500 Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90010 711 it's way better then this one by a lot

They charge you for extra things if you’re not careful. This goes for most 7/11s I’ve been to. Even the one on 6th and Alexandria .

You should train your staff to be nice to customers and to know how to answer to things, it’s not nice when I go and buy something from there and ask for change and the guy answer me with rude attitude NO!! They don’t even offer a plastic bag for the things you buy. The whole experience is unpleasant

Everybody knows about the 5.00 parking spot, but they completely ignore me, and don't even give me .50 cents for a pan handler. And some people who park there expect me to open the door for them.

The two main Indian guys that work here are rude afThey also charge EBT customers for bags and refuse to accept coins as paymentMultiple times I’ve seen homeless people turned away and elderly EBT customers struggling to carry food outThey also tried to charge me $1 for a paper cup when I bought my coffee
