Hours say 24/7 but just went in to pick up an important Amazon package from the lockers for work and employee had the door padlocked with a chain. I knocked told him it was important and showed him the Amazon locker code on my phone, he refused to open the door and refused to take my phone to open the locker, stating he does not open until 3am. Absolutely ridiculous.

I swear 7 eleven are all bad now, the corporate ones few are good other that just got my self a hotdog and couple drinks, and I swear this horndog problay been on that roller idk how many hours or days cause it was horrible taste, the texture of it felt as was chewing on gum just bad just bad...☹

7/11 located 3523 1st St, Los Angeles, CA 90063 so they don't have a sign up on the door saying they're closed I go up there thinking I forgot my wallet there earlier today so I look up online and it says they're open 24 hours I go there I didn't see that I had a lot from the inside with a chain I tried opening the door and open but because the door handle broke off with the chain and the guy working there short and then looking guy comes at me aggressive be yelling at me and tell me their clothes but they don't have they are closed how was I supposed to know this guy seems like he hates his job every time I go in there seems like he gets bothered on people walking or something I think he needs to get fired or cut hours so he could value of his job

Yesterday i bout a 5 dollar tuna sandwich states it expires 11/02/22 I took 1 bite it tasted like rotten fish I returned it according to the manager she could only exchange for another sandwich but all she had was with egg salad and other tuna sandwich so I did want to waste my time and trying and returning again or getting something i did not like she kept my 5 bucks and sandwich ?? not coming here again

Oh god don't get me started like how do you run a Business and hardly speak one word of English and the long waits i asked the man to use my rewards on something and literally he's like yeah no but I redeemed it right in front of him and he was talking in Hindi to his coworker plus they both looked like it was there first day And I said I'll just take the other stuff I just don't want that one and he was like oh no can't cancel this I was like what I'll take the other stuff keep saying no and I was like forget it I don't want nothing and he given me a dirty look and I did too stupid guy so the end result was I'm never going there

I arrive here early in the morning about 6am and everytime the person in the front is never wearing a mask, he locks the door a few of the times and I have to knock to be let in. even when servicing customers he refuses to wear a mask. in certain security tapes have every interaction he has on camera so I am unsure why he hasn't been fired yet
