I always go here but the manager is there sometimes checking out people and hes so rude and makes the experience worthless he always goes off on costumers and let's not talk about the crackheads standing outside the 7/11 everyday but other then that it's a nice 7/11

The clerk did not understand mobile checkout. I paid for items and he didn't let leave with them. Getting through to customer service for help was a pain. They were unwilling to call the store to let them know of the mistake.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was helping a family member move into an apartment and we needed a money order last minute. The complex suggested we go to 7-eleven - the service was awful and the man behind the counter was extremely rude. I was trying to ask questions and the man berated me because I didn’t know the process. I am not from the area, so there was no way to know.

Whoever is working right now at this moment, 04/13/2024 @ 6:00 pm...his name is george and i have known that he only covers for some days...he is so rude, no manners and telling me that "the customer is always right but at this time he is right"...he is unethical in the presence of this store...i believe he is new in this store because thrice a week we come here to buy things we need...we loved this store because of the people working around here until this staff shows up and posting his rights of serving customers...

Again refused me cash app deposit this guy was nice about it. He just wouldn’t do it for me would.not even an attempt to scan my barcode or even look at my phone i don’t know why this is becoming a problem At more and more locations

This location has poor management, manager is so rude to any customers, he doesn't even automatically give receipts to any customers. How can he be a manager and be in that kind of business. Owner needs to do something about this.

The cashiers are a bit rude and the line is always long and takes forever but besides that the products are usually fresh. The store could use a clean up... a mop, some hot water and fabuloso won't hurt nobody. Very convenient plenty of items and food. If you have cash on you make sure you tuck it in your pockets before entering/exiting the store because there's people outside laying on the sidewalk begging for spare change and they get mad when you don't give it to them.
