Getting real tired of untrained rude staff. Used the app to pay for my drink and showed my online receipt to the clerk. Guy started yelling at me. and accusing me of stealing. You guys really need to address this issue.

DISCRIMINATION and POOR SERVICE against homeless people. I came in here on a Wednesday after work and as I walked in I noticed the check out lady (middle aged Indian lady) raising her voice at the gentleman (approx. 70 yrs old and homeless) who was trying to pay. She belittled him and kept saying "give me 2 dollars sir! more money! you give me 2 dollars!!" Her gestures and mannerisms left me so disheartened. There were other people waiting to pay and she was embarrassing this older man who was just trying to count his coins to pay for a cup-of-noodles! After so many instances, he spoke up and said "I'm sorry I'm counting my money but you don't have to be so rude." After he gave her the 2 she asked him to get out...yes, she asked a paying customer to GET OUT. She kept making faces at his appearance made stink faces in front of him while covering and waving at her nose with her yellow scarf/head wrap. I felt obligated to walk out and apologize to the older gentleman because you can tell her behavior made him feel less of a human. Might I add...he wasn't acting bizarre, he wasn't drunk, and he wasn't creating or causing a scene. He simply went in to buy FOOD!I will be calling to report because this was not okay. Another young lady who was also a witness to the event approached me while I was outside and was equally appalled at this woman's behavior.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE please.

Accepts Apple Pay, tried to use Apple Pay and was yelled at by 3 employees that I couldn’t use it there. I pulled out the exact same card I was using on my phone, tapped it, and it worked. I’m assuming they just wanted to steal my debit card information lol. Rude employees but at least the store was clean. Stay away if you worry about getting your debit card information stolen.

The service here is very bad. The people working the counter are extremely slow and they have a hard time understanding basic instructions. They tried to short change me on my change.

Absolute horrible customer service! Rude and unpleasant attitudes! They don’t take the time out to greet customers at all! Avoid this 711! They are racist and never clean up around the outside of the store! It’s so gross!

Store was closed so employees could throw out trash. Ridiculous, it's been closed for more than 30 minutes. No sign on door and rude employees. Avoid this place Should be NO stars
