Definitely not open 24/7. My partner was having a small medical emergency late at night and needed some off the counter medicine. Ran to this store and saw a sign on the door saying "Restroom. Be right back." I saw a bald employee indoors with headphones on his phone behind the counter. I knocked on the door and he glanced at me and signaled for me to go away with his hands. I tried to communicate that it was an emergency and that I just needed a single item but he just yelled from the counter that he was busy right now and told me to come back in the morning. Had to run to a nearby gas station that had someone doing their job. Would definitely not recommend this store to anyone if they see that employee.

I'm the only customer in the store and I waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes while getting completely ignored by the cashier. All I said was "excuse me" to get his attention, but he exploded at me saying "I SEE YOU, CAN YOU JUST WAIT THERE I'M TRYING TO WRITE A SIGN RIGHT NOW ABOUT THE LOTTERY TICKETS SO I DON'T GET CUSTOMERS COMING IN HERE ASKING FOR THEM AND WASTING MY TIME. I WILL BE WITH YOU AFTER I'M DONE OKAY?", all while not even looking in my direction. A simple "I'll be right with you" would have been good. All I said was "excuse me" after being ignored. Not sure why he thought I wanted to hear him yell his life story at me. Was very tempted to just leave my stuff on the counter and walk out of the store. When he finally let me buy everything, I could feel his gaping death glare as I walked out of the store. Pretty unprofessional behavior.

On Friday Oct 13 at around 11:16 pm. I came to this 7 - eleven because my family really needed to use the restroom. The man working this shift was so mean and rude not letting me use the restroom. I had already gone to this restroom in the past and was allowed inside. Sometimes all you need is a little respect and consideration for others and this man does not have it at all. I hope this message goes to the manager so the manager can see who his crew this night really is.Thank You.

Terrible service, this week I burned myself with very hot coffee because the coffee maker was placed incorrectly. When I spoke to the manager he told me that it was my fault for not paying attention, having been going to that place for years.

The clerk bagged my items without asking. I told her that I didn’t need a bag. She would not take the bag charge off. She obviously could have taken it off but was being difficult.

I wanted to heat up (microwave) my store packaged lunch purchased at the 99 Cent Store as well as purchase cinnamon 7-11 brand donuts and orange juice as usual but this particular 7-11 on Van Nuys Blvd. and Kittredge in Van Nuys tried to do the unthinkable and unlike every 7-11 I frequent daily told me know I couldn't use it and if I did he was trying to charge me a dollar. I simply told him, that 7-11 I frequent allows me to use their microwave free of charge and without conditions. So, needless to say I will not patronize that 7-11 ever again and in this day and age a lil help that don't cost no more overhead should not be an issue especially if you are conducting yourself as a responsible patron and always show respect it really shouldn't be a problem or issue...ARE YOU YOUR BROTHER'S KEEPER ! ! !
