One of the clerks took 20.00 for gas when I back in to the store wondering why the pump was not on the clerk claims I never paid him some of them are running scams on customers

Try to tell this to the 7-Eleven they didn't even give me a refund for my I called main corporate and they gave me the run-around so someone's got to hear me and I know you guys look at this site so just know that 7-Eleven Pizza look at your pizza next time before you eat it I complain about it if you find anything on there that way I won't be the only one and I think it's coming from the main corporation where they make the pizza and if 711 you want to get ahold of me I'll be waiting because you guys told me I must had left the pizza out and a fly must of got into it then and then must of develope larvae so I'm posting something of educational on your post that's self explanatory

I'm a rented metro bike stopping for a coffee and the security guard wanted me to park it outside. Yeah right. Stolen bike costs me $2500. I'll take my business elsewhere. Nice to be discriminated for riding a bike

(Buyers beware) avoid if busy, clerks will make a mistake at your cost.Incident occurred 07/27/23 @4pm in 1800 E Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90021, I bought candy and taquitos, then requested the change($42.10) on pump 10. The clerk asked me how many taquitos and I said 4. She put my change ($42.10) into pump 4 and someone else pumped my gas. I went back and they said there was nothing I they can do and if I wanted gas I had to pay again so I did. I asked nicely to speak to a manager but no one could help me and all they did was give me someone else’s receipt and circle the phone number and write the managers name. The security and my friend I was with heard me say pump 10.

Horrible place to shop, customer service is terrible, they only service Mexicans, the security think he’s tuff with a gun, pt me out because I had an electric scooter and didn’t want to leave it outside, how can I report to company?

Almost my daily to go 7-eleven, yes it’s busy sometimes but that’s not a negative at all, staff there works as fast as possible to get the lines moving, security guards on point, always keeping an eye to keep the place safe. Even dou the location is near downtown I’m surprised I hardly see homeless people there, keep it up guys!

Think I’ll take my business elsewhere. Was harassed by worker and security literally ran after me just cause I was gonna fill a cup with ice. Apparently it’s not allowed. Mind you I spent $20 there on cigarettes multiple times a week, including this evening. Seemed really petty and guess I’ll say ghetto!

My stop to get coffee and snack on my way to work. But this lady with glasses looks like on her 50s very very rude. Looks miserable when I ask her questions or need something. And she needs to get checked.
