0/10 experience i came to the 24 hour location & the 2 security guards were inside arguing with eachother while i banged on the door trying to explain to them that an emergency was occurring they continued to ignore me & argue with eachother

so it 12:30 and the store is locked not sure why this store is never open sever customer including me came to the doors waited if their cleaning it should be at 3am like all other stores not at 12:55

I love how many complain about this 7-11. We all know this 7-11 would test anyone's ability to stay hype and positive. All the people that leave negative reviews could never endure a 40 hour work week there for nominal pay and many many many many types of people coming through destroying any semblance of order and organization. The hilarity and self aggrandizing is soooo ____________. (I don't know the word to use here...I had an urge to write American but is it all the America's? No it's just people unable to relate and have humility. )

One of employees is so rude. He has a bad attitude. That's not how you treat your customers. He has got to go. From what I learn you have to be nice at all time. Unless you don't like your job. This is not friendly store. Please take of your employees bad attitude.

The WORST 7-11 there is. I know that you shouldn't expect stellar customer service when you go to a 7-11 but these guys go out of their way to be rude to you! I will drive the extra 5 minutes that it takes to go to the 7-11 down the street. I won't be treated like a Queen there, but at least they are not as arrogant and rude like they are here.

I used to patronize this store on the daily basis, however one of the employees who works in the early evenings Always has a very rude and unfounded way of addressing me. Nevertheless I interned submitted a complaint and since then all of his rude remarks and overall attitude had stopped, that is until today as I went to pay for my items, being in a wheelchair I had to adjust the credit card machine to insert my card and be able to see it. Once again this person verbally attacked me in what I took as a threatening manner. At which point I quickly left the store somewhat afraid. Why this man ( who is of middle eastern decent, somewhere around 50 years old) is always harassing me is beyond my comprehension I will enclose a photo of how I looked today with the exact same clothes that I wore. This man should not be able to work with the public with his horrible attitude. Tomorrow I will contact the veterans association and file a formal complaint against handicap as well as the elderly. Worst 7-Eleven ever and I hate that they close at 2 am. I get off work at 1 am and this used to be my best option to get something quick to snack on. Waste of time and waste of retail space. Other retail stores could have an amazing opportunity in that location
