Hi, just adding to the outcry against this 711s use of music to disturb our community. They claim they can't comment on the use of it, they claim they're managers don't allow them to turn it down or off. We have noise ordinances for a reason. They're trying to respond to people loitering by breaking the law themselves In a way that doesn't even impact the loitering. This 711 needs to come under better management with how their GM has been talking to news agencies. I've been shopping here for two years since it's my nearest convenient store, but it's only an extra block walk to ralphs or the grove, and I'll skip them whenever I'm able to because of the music. You literally can't chill in the public park next door or park la Brea across the street without hearing it.

Keep Away from this store. They are RUDE, Very Rude and they are BIG CROOKS, STEALING YOUR $. They don't honor the discounts that the App rewards promotes. When I asked them what's wrong, she responds some gibberish. The clerk will make you wait on line while he's busy playing w/ his phone. TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE; SHUT DOWN THIS STORE! IT IS A DISGRACE TO YOUR NAME.

Very small parking lot, not easy to get into. Small store, clean but lots of homeless, and not very friendly staff. Won’t be back, and don’t recommend.

My son goes here nearly everday. Today they accused him of stealing and tryed to put their hands on him. they lost a steady customer. He doesn't steal.
