I had to give one star to write review but I would give it 0 stars!! The machines are often broken & you don't know until after you put your money in & u have a hard time getting money back. Half the time nobody is there and when you go to convenience store on corner of 3rd as sometimes there is someone there to help but many times there is not and English is often times minimal or not spoken! There is a lady who works in the day after 2pm who has a nasty attitude & argues with you! I had issue where the dryer wasn't working after I put in $2 so of course no one was there so I went to convenience store told the older man my story he said no one is there for 2-3 hours so no help with my issue! I took a picture of dryer with time I put in & dryer not working & called the number I found in laundry mat & left message & in meantime had to move my stuff to another dryer & pay again ! So after an hour or so the lady shows ups & immediately starts arguing with me & calling me a liar (great customer service NOT) & refuses to give me my money saying I'm lying & the dryer works so I said I would never come back there again as it's not the first time I've had issues & there is no one there to speak English or assist u! So as I'm leaving she tells me never come back again as she knows my face & she is going to tell the owner too, which I said please call him cuz she was in the wrong but she wouldn't do it! Then I told her have a nice rest of her day & she called me stupid !! Nice

Simple, clean. Plenty of machines and carts. They have vending machines for snacks, and water dispenser for reverse osmosis filtered water at 25 cents per gallon.

First time here to wash a rug. Everything is here to do your laundry - money change machine for quarters, detergent, food, drinks, and bathroom. Plenty of parking space. Staff was super helpful.

Coin machine problems & water machine won't take bills, only 2 of 4 stations work plus cost is $1.25 which is $.25 more than others near by. In a low income neighborhood.

I do my laundry there every week, it's walking distance from where I live. It's pretty clean, they've got new washing machine to replace the inoperable washers and there's always toilet paper in the bathrooms!

Machines are very very old and very dirty. I should’ve known just by opening washer and getting a whiff of a really bad smell, I honestly thought someone around me had very bad BO or something . Left my blankets smelling like sewer/dirty water, never coming back here again.
