I bought a Toyota Rav4 from SF Toyota. The process was very easy, I got the price I asked for. My salesmen was professional and laid back at the same time. This is my second Toyota from this dealership and won't be my last.

In Dec. Of 2017 my brother had brought me a 2007 Buick Lacrosse. Clean exterior & interior. Well taken care of & had no accidents and a big plus for the low miles. Sadly after only having it for a month some lady total the vehicle. I miss it still until this day. Probably be returning soon for another car. Btw the owner did all the paper work for us. He was straight up, well manner, and treated us with respect.

Bought two cars for them still have them after nine years no problems with good maintenance Practices by me I just had a A friend asked me his heater didn't work didn't have any coolant at all in the car Those people are the problem Expect miracles or Jesus to maintenance their cars

I purchased a new 2017 Prius Prime advanced with assistance from online sales Manager Anthony Hom. The experience was very good. Anthony assisted me in the negotiation process and then we worked together on having the car shipped across state lines. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a Toyota vehicle!

David Chiu was fantastic. From the moment I connected with him (via internet to set up an appointment to see a Rav4 Hybrid), this was truly an amazing car salesman and dealership. They accommodated my busy schedule and David spent the time to show me all the features of the car after I made the purchase - even after they were closed for the night. He offered to have me stop by in a couple weeks to dig into any features I had questions about. This was drastically different from my experience looking at cars in Daly City. I highly recommend this dealership and David as a salesman. Oh, and my new car rocks!

They're decent. They seem to find something else wrong with my car every time I go in, but the amenities are nice. Free coffee, waters, food, etc. and they wash your car. Prices are probably a little bit higher than in the neighborhood, but fairly competitive. They aren't very pushy when it comes to repairs, but have been very forthcoming about other items that might require attention.
