DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They're scammers! I WISH I had read these comments before I ordered two dresses from them. None of them fit, so I had to return. They don't pick up the phone and they only responded to me once via email (I contacted them repeatedly) sending me an invoice claiming it was a return label!!!! I won't even tell you how much those dresses cost, I'm furious at myself for letting this happen.

they not only didn't deliver my package on time, they claim their was a delivery attempt when the tracking itself proves otherwise. Do not order from them and do not pay them additional money for expedited shipping

Ordered two Endless Rose items from Macy’s that were slated to ship from this company… it is now two days past the delivery window— I ordered well over a week ago— and the status still says “Processing” in the Macy’s app. I have zero faith that I will get the items I ordered, especially after reading reviews for this shipper. And there’s no way to get in touch with them… Macy’s offers a small form to contact them, and I tried that twice already, but nobody responds. Seems very scammy to me! Macy’s should probably be a little more choosy about who they utilize to do business for them.

Horrible experience purchasing from here. And apparently I’m not the only one- take a look at other comments. It took forever to get approved for a return, and the return was delivered almost 2 weeks back. No refund, no response (after reaching out on multiple platforms). DO NOT BUY anything.

I purchased items on 12/18/23 and still have not received a shipping confirmation as of 12/30/23. I even paid an additional 2 day shipping fee. Customer service is not helpful and there is no phone number listed to speak with a representative. I would avoid entirely.

Do not buy from Endless Rose! They make it extremely difficult for you to get in touch with customer service. I made a purchase and chose express delivery (2-day shipping) on December 21, 2023. By the 27th I still had not even received a shipping confirmation. Very disappointed, I cancelled my order only after finally finding a phone number I could call through their Facebook page. Such a joke and a complete waste of time. Your money and time is much better spent elsewhere.

I purchased a sweater thru Macy's. Wore sweater in office setting for about 3 hours, office is cold from AC. Got home noticed it unraveling in several places. Emailed company and they will not do anything not even replace. So not happyThey only gegot 1 star because no stars is not an option

Difficulty purchasing from 2.7 August Apparel through Express Marketplace. Return experience was difficult an Express is not affiliated even though I purchased on the Express website.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a dress through Express Marketplace that is too large on me. I have been trying to make a return for over a month. I have emailed, left voicemails, and also contacted Express to reach out to 2.7 August Apparel for me. They lied to Express claiming they sent me a return label which they never did. Don't waste your time or money.

If I could zero stars I would. I bought a $100 romper from them. Horrible customer service. You literally have to reach out in every way to get a return label. Only reason I returned was bc the item was too big. I called 3 times, email 2 times, filed a complaint with express bc there wasn’t any word on my return. FINALLY when I called she issued it like no problem. Very unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. I contacted customer support because they stated my package was being returned. I never processed a return and the package was never delivered to the address provided. It was a gift I was waiting for. Someone contacted me back, her name was Ciera and she told me that FedEx“ was unable to deliver your package, due to the fact that the address you provided us with is a business address and they weren't able to deliver it directly to you.” There are 50 packages delivered everyday to that address and there was never a problem.I asked her to contact them and ask to reattemt the delivery I got a response that “ Well, unfortunately with the information FedEx has provided us with we went ahead and already refunded you so we will need that package sent back to us. I spoke directly to a FedEx representative and they already authorized a return to sender. I do apologize for any inconvenience”. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Shame.

Purchased a $90 dress from Express.com. I didn’t know that this will be drop shipped and I have to return the dress directly to this place. After lots of emails, I’m still not getting any response. Not replying after 48 hours is just so unprofessional. If I can give 0 stars I would.

Trying to return a merchandise, the return policy states that they will accept returns within 30 days but I need to email them first. Seriously didn’t get any response. It’s just so unprofessional.
