HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! I needed a renewed passport to travel to the Philippines because mine wouldn't make the 6-month expiration window. This was the only company I found that I wouldn't have to pay an arm, leg, and kidneys for. Obviously you're worried about trusting them because it's sensitive information. The Yelp reviews are amazing, so I gave it a shot. My travel is in February 2024 so I needed the passport within a month. Called the Los Angeles office the morning of Dec 27, 2023... lucky me they had openings to visit in person. I had to fill out and print 2 copies of the government paperwork online and write checks for the government processing fee and mailing fee. Then I went to the business in person. Filled out a few more paperwork authorizing the agency to handle my documents. I took passport pictures on-site because it was more convenient for me. Paid their agency fee for the one month option, remitted my passport, and was in/out of the office within 20 minutes. Very fast. If you are specific and know exactly what you want, they will take you through the process effortlessly. Received my new passport on January 4, 2024 which is 8 days later AND included New Years Day holiday and a weekend in between. I picked the option for 15-30 business days and received mine within 5 business days. See my picture for the date I filled the application.No one in the office was rude or mean to me via phone, email, or in person. They emailed me the steps and then walked me through the government application online by phone. The flat government fees are about $220 depending on what passport package you pick. The agency pricing is more affordable compared to other companies. Even for the rushed options, it's way less than other places (I looked at a LOT of places). Obviously if you can pick the less urgent options (like one month or more), the fees will be less. Previous reviews look heavy because they combined both government and agency fees. Government fees are flat... so make sure to cross check agency fees if you're still unsure about this agency. From now on, I will recommend all my family and friends to go here. Thank you so much! You are SO very much better off not coming here!!!First off they want to be like oh you gotta wait for a month to get an appointment with any other passport direct location, LIES.The fees are outrageous!!!!!!The lies, the scams, and the scandals and the incompetency making you redo your paperwork from the people that work in that office just outraged me! I went in there with them happiest disposition after lie after lie that I have received, I ended up paying way too much money for this renewal, they did nothing good for me and nothing helpful or useful to this process as I still have to take my own car to go mail the paperwork, 20 minutes away.FRAUDS!!!All I can say is PAY ATTENTION, you will see the same I am speaking on, but really, have a little dignity and DO NOT GO HERE!Update 20 minutes later processed all my paper at the post office, which took me another hour of my life so really the $150 fees that I paid what did you do? Oh yes the point of this update, incorrect spelling of my name which was my error, but this was their fee to make sure everything was correct.. second time the young girl with the glasses failed at all while saying I know how you feel as I said to her you absolutely do not. This is not verbatim. Again, another reason why this entire experience was a wasted time, do yourself a favor go somewhere else actually go directly to places that process this paperwork not this type of situation you are not getting a green card and honestly the paper is very simple to fill out.

Just have to give a shout-out for the exceptional customer service and processing services I received from 24 Hour Passport & Visas Los Angeles. I was in an urgent situation as my flight origination point was Dulles International, with stopover at LAX, and with a final destination to Fiji. When I got to LAX on Monday evening, my Fiji got delayed till the next morning; when I went to board my Fiji flight the airline agent was not able scan my passport. After having several agents trying to scan my passport it was determined that my passport was damaged and was not able to board the flight - that was at 900am. I researched several passport expedited services from the airport and selected 24 Hour Passport & Visas Los Angeles.And I am so blessed that Arlene answered the phone and was able to get me an appointment right away; I got to the office by 1130am and was feeling frazzled. She and Mark helped me file the paperwork needed to get me a replacement passport and got the paperwork completed, including a stop with postal office for agent the to verify and validate the completed package, by 130pm. Arlene and Mark were so professional, reassuring during my stressful situation, and detailed oriented to ensure my passport paperwork would be processed with no glitches.The passport got processed and granted in three days, and got to the hotel where I was staying at 1000 am Saturday - as promised - and in time for my 1040pm Saturday flight. During the week, they followed up with me promptly with any questions and status via email and phone. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could - because of them my trip was saved! Can't tell them how thankful I am for the services that I were provided. Definitely recommend!!!

Lost my passport 20 days prior before we left for my Asia tour. I want to thank 2 associates there at the Los Angeles office named, Yolanda and April who really are great at their job.Make sure you make an appointment and follow the instructions precisely. Make sure you fill out everything and bring everything that is required. You must go on the computer and obtain and fill out form # DS-11. If you don’t have all the required documents you’re going to have come back to the office another time. Also, plan on driving to a designated post office about 15 minutes from 24HourPassport office to have your application processed and verified by a USPS representative. Then go back to 24 Passport with your certified envelope and documents to be checked again by April or Yolanda. I started my appointment at 10:30am and I was done 2 1/2 hours. The time that it took me to get this application filled outs and send out was well worth it because I got my new passport within two weeks instead of the three weeks that was promise. And I went on my trip!Fees are posted on initial website where you make your appointment time.I must repeat myself that you Must put time and effort in the preparation and organize all the documents before you go to your appointment.Once again Thank You,Yolanda and April

My wife needed to get her passport renewed in a hurry! Excellent step by step instructions thru email on getting all the necessary documents in order with NOT the fastest service and overnight shipping resulted in my wife getting her new passport in 14 days on the dot! Needed a new passport quick for an unexpected upcoming trip.This service was recommended by a friend of mine.Was a bit skeptical after walking in but Tina helped me quick and efficiently.I was in and out in 15 minutes.Walked in on Thursday around noon, my passport arrived at my house Thursday 2 weeks later around 1030 am.Not the cheapest way to get a new passport but fast for sure!Would recommend!

Just got my passport sent directly to my house less than a week after my appointment at 24 Hour Passport and Visa. This is actually the third passport I've gotten with them, the extra money they charge (honestly, unbelievably reasonable) feels like pennies spent given the relief they provide-- you know your old and new passport will not get lost and the waiting time is minimal. I have sent at least a dozen people to 24 Hour and everyone has been supremely satisfied. I would bet get my passport renewed any other way. 10/10 no notes!

I highly recommend 24 Hour Passport & Visa! The process was easy and straight forward, and I never had to wait long ever to get a response from Yolanda if I had questions. I needed my passport renewal expedited and opted for the 30-day service. I sent my paperwork in on 9/8, and I received my passport on 9/18. It was so quick, painless, and really helped take the worry out of anticipating if I'd receive my passport in time for my trip. Thank you Yolanda for all your help!

They answered their phones and treated every caller with respect and good information (most of these services do not even answer the phone). They had a physical address that I could visit. They made me feel secure in this very fraught application system and made sure all docs were in order (this is not easy to do no matter what your ed and experience level -- trust me!). Their rates were reasonable and less than local competition. And they made good on their calming promises. I had a two-week window and received my passport on the 8th business day. Very professional all the way. And I did not lose sleep over my passport orders, whereabouts and returns. Many thanks to Courtney who deserves applause for managing and staying level in a chaotic business environment.
