I cannot express how wonderful my experience has been with Michelle and David. They only take private appointments only, so when you go in for shopping they are able to completely focus on you and what you’re looking for. I’ve gone in a few times and every time has been the best experience. The first time I went in I got a beautiful tennis bracelet, and the next time I went I got my wedding band with my fiancé. It has been nothing but a pleasant experience with them both and I will be back every time I need a new jewelry piece. They also customized my wedding band which I can’t even imagine it being any more perfect than what they put together. Everyone definitely needs to get their jewelry here, whatever they need!

Couldn’t recommend 1800 Loose Diamonds enough !!! I had the pleasure of working with Elon. The quality and detail alone in Elon’s work speaks for itself. He is very responsive and will do everything he can to make sure you are happy. I came to him with a few notes on style/preference to make my fiancés engagement ring, and he easily turned my ideas into reality with a stunning, beautifully crafted ring. My fiancee and I couldnt be happier. We worked with Elon for our wedding bands as well and the results are equally beautiful. He will be our go to jeweler for years to come.

We had an amazing experience with this company. From the time we walked in the store the staff (Abby) and other employees were very welcoming and willing to assist. And David the owner who is fantastic also interacts making sure you take your time in finding the right piece that you liked and he gives his professional opinion, no pressure at all and not rushing you into buying if your not 100% sure. Actually he is super nice and very accommodating. They have such a wide variety of nice selections and the quality of the workmanship, quality of the stones and style of each items are amazingly beautiful and the price tag are very reasonable. I am so glad that my sister told me about 1 800 Loose diamond and I was so happy how my rings turned out and the necklace I got for my wife is beautiful. I definitely going back for more and I highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone that is looking for a high quality and good workmanship jewelries. You will not be disappointed. They have the best customer service and they go out their way to accommodate you in making sure you leave the store happy and satisfied.

Elan at 1800 diamonds lives up to his name. After finding them on a Subreddit, I decided to visit and I was not let down. Elan treated me with the upmost care and he was able to deliver exactly what we wanted. We are beyond happy with the final product. I came here during open hours and they don’t have any rings or jewelry on the table to show. There is people there, but they are not allowed to show anything just because everything is in the safe. And I was wondering why are you guys open, if you are not doing anything and it’s just useless that they are there and I’m here. So why don’t you close the store and open it only when you are able to fully function? Why wasting your customers time while Elan is not there during open hours. And you are not able to answer on calls or send a message back when trying to make an appointment or ask any questions.

AMAZING customer service. AMAZING pricing. AMAZING quality. I spoke with so many jewelers for a specific engagement ring setting style and all of them let me down in one way or another with their service until I came across 1800 LD. Elan, the owner of the place, helped me out with my order over the phone at almost 11 o’clock PM when I placed it. Not only is he very knowledgeable and open about the diamond and jewelry industry, but he has such great confidence in his crew’s ability to deliver an amazing product at a competitive price point. Excellent diamond and Jewelry store in Los Angeles. Elon provided a great service when I was looking for a gift for wife. He had several options available for me and I was able to pick the right earring for the right price! He even had the them delivered to my work same day.
