Yvonne is the best agent we could ask for! We’ve been looking for our perfect house for almost a year. Yvonne has been super helpful since we’re first time buyers. No matter when I text her with questions, she always responds immediately. More importantly, she never pushed us in a bidding war. We lost in probably 8 bidding wars before finding our house and not once she mentioned that we should go higher irrationally. It was not easy during a hot market. When we finally found our house, she used her magic and was able to negotiate with the seller agent to lower the price. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy (or sell) a house!

We are very lucky to have Yvvone as our buyer agent!As the buyer agent, Yvonne has a very good source of information about the listings available across the markets and recommended us options that accommodate our preferences. She managed to help us find the real gem among the heated housing market with all the hypes and hysterical buyers.As our buyer agent, Yvvone showed empathy to understand buyer from their perspective. She put the buyer's interest at the top and never try to persuade buyers for a rushed deal. She would listen, understand, and analyze the situation with buyers with logical reasoning.Yvvone is also a deal maker. She will try to negotiate the price with the seller agent when there is a chance. She volunteers to help us get a deal for our house, even if this will result in a lower commission for her. This highly exceeds our expectations.We will of course reach out to Yvvone to help us again in future and we highly recommend her!

Yvonne and her teams did an amazing job. I will definitely work with her for the further house buying and selling. She helped me bought my new house with a good price. Unlike other agents who always try to push the client to send offer, Yvonne always listened our voice, respect our opinions and followed our pace. Although the house market slow down a lot this year, the house buying in our ideal location are still competitive. We sent a low ball offer with a long closing period and the buyer rejected it immediately at the first place. But Yvonne did the magic and persuaded the buyer to accept our offer after many rounds of back and forth. The whole process was extremely smooth and efficient.

Extremely rude individual. I reached out to her to ask her some questions and she would not listen, kept asking the same "what do you want" in a shrill voice, and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.
