“Great thrift store with an excellent selection. Was happy to find a pair of dress pants in their designer section for $24. Some of the pricing is a little off, but I thought this one was a steal. And benefits a good cause :)”

Beautiful displays makes you want to try on everything and so nice to have clothes feel good when you put them on. I bought several items. I will be back!”

“Wow! I'm amazed to find negative reviews of Encore Consignment in Los Altos. I've had nothing but great experiences at this delightful treasure of a shop. In all fairness, the merchandise here may skew towards Boomer tastes, and perhaps the negative reviews were written by Millennials or Gen Xers? As for Christy, she's adorable. I say check it out and make up your own mind. Wherever you are in the Bay Area, Encore is worth the drive.”

“One of my favorite boutiques in Los Altos. Normally I just go there when going for pastries/coffee after a hike or excursion in the area, but always end up buying something (mostly for some girlfriend having a birthday:). They have a great selection of pretty clothes, not crazy style, contemporary but classy. Very Los Altos. Not cheap, not super pricey, but better to always check what do they have on the sales rack. Definitively a stop by when doing your boutiques-tour at this charming small downtown.”
“I'm new to shopping in the adorable downtown Los Altos so I'm new to Olivia. if I were a rich girl my closet and drawers would be full of her great Italian clothes. But since I'm not, but I do have good credit I'll slowly but surely be adding her tastefully curated pieces. And I like her, Olivia. She's so very Italian and I mean that in the best way. She's fun and funny, very outgoing, and when I'm in her shop I'm almost transported out of the U S and into Italia. Molto Bene !”

“This is such a fun store to shop in. My friends and I visit every time we plan a lunch date in town. I recently found a casual top set here in rose and wine colors. I can't wait to wear it again when the weather gets a bit warmer. It's so nice to find pieces that complement each other and can be layered and not look too bulky. This store stocks lots of accessories too.”
