This is a review for dropping off a package for FedEx pickup—it's a fast convenient location and the staff is friendly. If you are looking for a local FedEx drop off location use this instead of the one located at the San Antonio Shopping center.

We needed a notary to sign documents for us and found this location open on a Saturday until 3pm. The man behind the counter helped us and was very thorough and helpful! Would definitely come here again.

My last mailbox was at a UPS store, and it could not have been more problematic, losing packages, delivering other people's packages to me, etc. (this is serious, for a business). No such issues with Paul and his colleagues, though they are fewer in number by far per customer, from what I can see. That speaks to character (it really does). I'm not surprised that when I pulled up this page, to leave a review, I see that the last negative was six years ago, and it's not clear that the person leaving it was even an existing client. Thanks Paul, and all. :)

Unexpectedly great experience here. I rent a medium sized mailbox. It's great that if an item doesn't fit in my mailbox I can still receive it here. 24 hour access to mail (unless it doesn't fit in your size mailbox) if wanted. I think there is a lunch break from 12-12:30, but maybe he can clarify if he usually goes at certain time. USPS usually drops here relatively early in the day. There is a key for the restroom, so if you'd like you can use it if it's during business hours. There are 2 designated parking spots right in front~ There's coffee~ and the shop has some items for sale related to the business. I'll have to add some photos next time I go. Also, a notary, as well as key service!

I love to support local business, and especially ones that provide orders or magnitude better service than the post office. This is a package delivery place that does USPS and UPS. Guaranteed parking is always great in a busy center. This is is located on the back side of the center adjacent to Loucks Ave.

This was my first experience using a notary service so I called ahead to ask if I needed to make an appointment or bring anything in particular. The man who spoke to me on the phone was very nice, let me know walk in is fine and to just bring the document and my photo ID. When I went I had a bit of trouble finding the store because I only go to teaspoon and pho in that plaza. If you are facing the pho keep going left around the buildings and after the smoke shop you will see this store, there are two blue USPS mail boxes in front of it. The shop is small but neat and there was one customer ahead of me in line at 11:30 on a Saturday. I waited outside and went in once the customer left, folks were masked which I appreciated. The man behind the counter was helpful and everything was done quickly. I asked and he let me know that they accept UPS drop offs, if it's not properly packaged and labeled, they charge $1 to make it so. FYI - They accept credit cards with a minimum charge of $10. Their notary fee was very reasonable and I'd highly recommend giving them a try. I'm

Store owner Paul is the nicest guy. He helped me with 2 pages of international notary. It took a lot of his time and he charged very reasonable. They also have PO Box service, key making, UPS and much more. A lovely old store that locals enjoy going. Thank you!
