I have been banking with US BANK since the year 2000 and have received excellent service. I recently changed my banking branch to Los Altos and met with Sohrab Hojjat US BANK a Client Relationship Consultant which went above and beyond to help me set up a new business account. I highly recommend this branch to everyone looking to open up an account.

Last week, I have the opportunity to work with banker Sohrab Hojjat Client Relationship Consultant NMLS 1668395 at the Mountain View Grant Road branch. Sohrab normally worked at the Los Altos Downtown branch, for that day, he was at the Mt View branch. I need someone to help me to argument my old account (checking acct from Bay View Bank to US Bank) Sohrab spent 20 mins on the phone to get proper advice from tech support since he couldn't do it online for me, he then promised me to open up a ticket to see whether it can be done To my surprise, everyone is done as promised Thanks Sohrab for your excellent support and time, thanks US Bank

Worst service ever! After their ATM machine ate my card the first guy was so rude. He yelled across the counter and never even greeted me. I was using my Chinese card in the ATM attached to the bank and it will be such a hassle to get a new one sent. My mom works at the same bank and she told me the manager could retrieve it for me. But these guys did not seem to want to be helpful today. The female cashier was super nice though.

Beware! The ATM machine outside is malfunctioning. While trying to withdraw $300, the screen displayed an error message that said, "unable to process transaction" and then the screen went completely black. My card was stuck inside the machine. I immediately went into the bank and asked for help and a teller came outside with me to help retrieve my card and money. After a couple of minutes, the machine started to work again and she instructed me to perform another transaction. The same thing happened again, with the same error message displayed. The teller told me to try again and take out a smaller denomination ($100), which I did and it was successful. When I went home, I checked my bank account statement online (Provident CU) and it showed that $300 had been withdrawn and the $100 had been withdrawn. I never got the $300. I drove back to the bank and spoke with the same teller and the manager and they refused to go into the ATM closet to see if my $300 was stuck inside the machine. They refused to do anything at all to help me. They were rude and gave me horrible customer service. The ATM machine and that bank stole $300 from me this afternoon. I told the manager that he should put a sign on the machine stating "out of order" so someone else doesn't lose their money. He refused to do that. I have filed a report with my CU for resolution. If this cannot be reconciled, I will be pursuing further actions with US Bank to get my money back. I am never using this bank again.

I cannot say enough good things about the Los Altos branch! The manager Moises, teller Claudia Thomas, Tina Galvan and new to the team, Romeo! They are professional, ready smiles and go above and beyond the call of duty! They have The best attitudes and are awesome!!

Stay away from this bank if you have any Trust accounts. They don't seem to understand their role in regard to these financial documents.

interesting customer service for a retail bank. Funny that it is totally empty and my daughter has $6 in change from her piggy bank. I was told I had to roll it even though she did could fill a single roll. I get that change sucks, but it is for a child account with a goal to get her to be a lifelong customer and there was 4 employees and 1 customer. The bank teller told me that we have to keep on saving. Awesome idea and suggestion for a bank. Hey we don't want your deposit! I am gonna go to a restaurant now and am hoping they will tell me to eat at home.

Horrible service. Thank goodness I do not bank with US Bank. I came in to this branch to cash a US Bank issued check from my employer and the teller Claudia C. Thomas was extremely rude from the beginning. She questioned where my work was located and was not helpful in the least. She said that she needed the issuer to provide authorization but that she could not do it and would not speak with HR on the phone. I'm a pretty understanding and patient person but the rudeness of Claudia was the worst I have ever encountered. Stay away or avoid Claudia. Worst bank experience ever.
