I called and they let me exchange for a different torch only paying the difference. I really appreciated the flexibility and the effort they put in to make it right.By all means I think the customer service far out weighs the tiny price difference especially since so many people can get things online for so cheaper. Happy to have bought from them and I will continue to do so as they are a good small business.”

“This Total Wine and More is my favorite. The selection is amazing, and they regularly have wine tastings which are fantastic. We go almost every week on Friday or Saturday to try the wines they have out for tasting and choose a couple of bottles to take home. Last week Oliver was doing the tasting and he was awesome! We got to try several wines that he thought we would like, and we ended up taking 4 bottles home with us!
If you're not going to the tastings, you are missing out!”

“A liquor franchise store you can visit in the United States.There were many different types of whiskey and wine.The staff was very friendly.They put the whiskey in a paper bag, and when I asked if there was anything I could do to package it safely, they gave me some air caps that weren't in the manual. ?The price isn't terribly cheap, but it's still cheaper than retail stores, and more than anything, I felt good about finding the whiskey I was looking for! ?”

“Buzz is like 2 blocks from my house, so it’s very convenient. I’ve been coming here for years. The tall guy is always friendly and has a genuine welcoming vibe. They always have American Spirit loose leaf tobacco, which is surprisingly hard to find at some smoke shops. Also, I got an awesome Diamond Glass “water pipe” there a year ago for a super good price. I saw an identical piece from Diamond at a different smoke shop for $40 more than what Buzz was charging. Good prices, good people! Check them out!”

“Wow!, I've been stopping at this shop and it's two prior locations for thirty years. Formally operated as a news and magazine outlet. Now completely remodeled and brimming with stock to support smokers and those that prefer to Vape. They have so much to look at that I had to stop and decide to return when I had more time.”

“Amazing staff and i appreciate them staying in this location so i don't have to drive else where BUT. I would like the store owners to know that I think they sould stop selling Lux vape pens. The mechanism is so weird. I have to pick up the pen, look at the light, make sure it stops flashing, make sure that i've waited 2-3 seconds after the flahshing end, to then draw. IT"S really annoying for a pen that's over $15.”

“I have called this store because I've recently purchased my first ever pack of cigars, and I had absolutely no clue what to do with them. Upon calling, it turned out that they do not actually sell these cigars here, as I've purchased in Europe. Hower the salesman on the phone, was so kind to in proper detail explain to me how to actually work the cigar, cut it and smoke it. Best customer experience I've ever experienced in my entire life and I'm not even an American. 10/10 stars, best cigar store in all of Texas. Thank you. Million times, thank you. Have a great life.”

“I had a great buying experience. I came in here looking for a simple bong, but I was instantly sold by the charming owner of a beautiful piece far beyond my initial budget. I love it and it was worth every extra penny.The first piece I bought here actually had a broken percolator, but I brought it back in the shop next day. “I've been to Galamart many times, almost never for myself but on behalf of another. I like it and recommend you visit. Try a different wine every day and you'll need a few months. Blame the expansive selection. Prefer beer? Another couple. Liquor? Yes a couple more. If the booze hasn't become a problem but you're spinning and dehydrated try the non alcoholic refreshments. Variety up the loo la.My share would be incomplete if I failed to mention one of my favorite people works here. “Discount cigarettes is just down the block from me and I had never been in there before I wanted a lottery ticket for the big draw. It was really cool inside with lots of paraphinellia that reminded me of a head shop from the 60's. Incredible selection of insence and nice helpful staff.Unfortunately, I didn't win the lottery the time (or any other time)”
