My charger here was great. The only drawback is that your car is down two levels in the garage and so you won’t be able to check your charge status in the app. It did charge in a timely fashion so they must’ve fixed the problem that was there before the people were complaining about

Hate this charger station. So inconsistent, broken units, and inaccurate charging times. 2 hours for 50% charge? Bye.

Today is July 4, 2024. This particular Supercharger location has an issue. It charges slow, at 36 Kw for me, but Tesla and the store are aware of the problem and it will be fixed. Tesla is reorganizing their Supercharger team. Before the problem started it was charging me at about 72 Kw.

The guys have limited the charging to 25kw, but there are no warnings anywhere. It will be a surprise when you arrive and find that now it will take you more than an hour to charge from 50% to 100%. Bravo! Tesla is becoming more advanced every day in how to further anger its slaves in electric vehicles.

The supercharger location is great.Apparently whole foods blocks access to the supercharger outside of store hours which is a shame.

What an electrifying experience. 70kw. However underground on level 2 and wifi super weak.Came back another time and got 55kw.
